Two bedrooms with queen size beds, one with 2 single beds. The house is very spacious. Modern kitchen with gas hob and electric oven. Separate scullery with dishwasher. Fireplace in lounge will make winters cosy. Outside braai area. White towels and linen. A short 500m walk to our famous cliff paths. Close to new harbour for whale watching tours.

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

Charming house with seperate one bedroom flat that feels like holiday. Beautiful mountain views and walking distance from lagoon and swimming beach. Close to excellent restaurants and shops. Hermanus is just a few kilometres away. Due to the nature of the town we very strictly do not allow any parties or loud music, as set out in the house rules. Unfortunately no group bookings for under 25’s. Inverter and battery powered during load shedding-ensuring continious power to the property.

Contemporary Seaside Cottage with hot tub

Aside from the obvious of the place being clean and close to the beach, beautiful surroundings etc, we felt right at home. It wasn’t one thing, it was about 100 other little things e.g. everything that we needed was here, e.g a warm water outside shower for when you get back from the beach. And other amazing stuff, like wood and fire starters to use, dishwashing liquid, paper towels. Seems small but makes a difference if you want to come out to relax. The attention to detail made it truly feel like a home away from home. We were a family of ten - kids, parents and grandparents and I highly recommend this house as the perfect family beach holiday experience. I’m looking forward to coming back again for a longer stay.

Such a fabulous weekend! The house is well positioned, light, airy and really well equipped with everything you need. Towels, linen, soaps and extra welcome gifts of wine fruit and milk didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for a truly super stay and allowing our doggies to stay too. Eva’s house is right on the rocks where you can even hear the local seals calling. The house is decorated to the highest standard by someone with a great love of art. Unfortunately, during our stay it was quite windy and we were not able to utilise the outside areas as much as we wanted, but I do think that this house would be very cosy and beautiful even in winter.

We had such a great time in this space in Pringle Bay. We love the feeling of being away from the world, but it's also so pretty and close to the beach and other interesting locations. The hottub is a must and we enjoyed it so much with our 2 small boys now calling it a 'sit-swembad'. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for making our Easter Weekend so special.

We had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place! The house was perfect spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. Gail is a truly kind and attentive host, always available and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the garden: our little dog Queen absolutely loved it! It's a fantastic space for pets, safe and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Cottage and found the house very comfortable. The location is great, with a short walk down the seaside. The views of the sea and the mountains from the 2 balconies were the star of the weekend. We enjoyed spending time at Silversands beach and the Betty's Bay main beach. The house was very neat and tidy; the rooms were a good size and the layout was perfect. We had a nice lunch at Kabeljou's at the waterfront in Kleinmond, only a short drive away, and also walked around the local stores. We had a great dinner at The Cork, in Pringle Bay, also just a short drive away. I'll definitely be returning to the Sea Cottage, Ann was so helpful, and her communication was 10/10.

A beautiful, neat and tidy place within walking distance to the beach! The house has everything you need including a Nespresso machine! We were also able to bring the pets with and the braai area was enclosed and a great place to entertain family. Overall we had a relaxing stress free holiday!!! Thank you so much!
