We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

Everyone was wonderful, the accommodation was as described and the pool completely to ourselves. Giovanni was always super friendly and his family very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this location.

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Excellent location, cleanliness and facilities. No complaints. The villa is clean, modern and very homely. Great location away from main towns and cities, a rural retreat.

I will highly recommend the house and Vanessa. We were a group of bikers using the house as our base for long bike rides in the mountains. House breath of history, was clean and view is spectacular. Vanessa is a fantastic host, giving local advise for shopping and dining - and even ordered the taxi to get to the airport.

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays at this place. The house is very nice, spacious (there were 14 of us and we never felt cramped), very well decorated and furnished, well equipped with kitchen equipment, bathrooms (the majority of bedrooms have its bathroom). The garden is large and well maintained, and the hot tub is very nice after the great walks in the area. In December the pool in the garden is empty but it is nice size and really makes you want to come back in the summer. Davide is a perfect host, communication before the stay was smooth and efficient, and Davide responded to all of our requests. On site, he gave us all kinds of good advice about his area that he knows very well, and we particularly appreciated the nice touches like the nicely decorated Christmas tree and the beautiful tablecloth in accordance with the party atmosphere. We warmly recommend this place.

Miriam's property is great. She's great with communication. We didn't get to use all of the property as it was rainy during our stay, but it would be a perfect spot for a large group to relax and have fun.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Romantic cottage just a stone's throw from the city center but with the benefits of a quiet and secluded country house. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Mark, he was very kind, in letting me find a small aperitif when I arrived, which I enjoyed. I found the apartment very well cared for, from the living room, to the kitchen and the bedroom. It was an experience sleeping in the turret.

Paola is a great host. The place is just wow and close to Bologna Central. Nice, clean and quiet. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious with all the amenities. There are many Restaurants nearby and Paola recommendation is also very helpful. Paola allowed us for early check in and also arranged the taxi at the time of check out. I would definitely come again to same place next year.

Cozy house, warm in winter and well stocked with everything. Michela was hospitable and always available.

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

If you are looking for real peace and an environment with original restaurants, this is the perfect place. Rita and Franco are real hosts who are interested in what you have undertaken that day. They'll give you tips that fit your interest. Plus, you have a great garden, fast wifi and that's convenient if you'd like to work or write on a book like me. The deer walk through the garden. If you are in the season, you can use the offer in the vegetable garden, so delicious organic apples, nuts, aubergines, tomatoes, zucchini! You may need to get used to the narrow roads, but the Italians in the neighborhood are courteous and friendly. On your visit, don't forget the fantastic cheese shop within walking distance of the house!

Nice and big town house in Bagni di Lucca. House has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. House is very well equipped and allow you to have a nice and convenient stay. There is a garden with a swimming pool shared with the other houses. City with restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. You can also walk there, there are stairs on your left at the end of the street, they are quite steep but you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the stay!

This place was the perfect oasis in the heart of Bologna! It is right in the middle of everything, but you have your own little stand-alone place with a garden. There are so many restaurants, cafes, and shops to walk to. It is also close to the train station and a large parking lot. The apartment itself is spotless and exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need! The host was VERY responsive and helped a lot when it came to parking and the ZTL zone. DEFINITELY recommend!!

Very nice, well-maintained villa with beautiful garden. A car is urgently needed, as you have to drive up the mountain from Montecatini Terme for about 15 minutes to get to the accommodation. But this is rewarded with a breathtaking view. Cristina is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We would recommend the villa at any time.

Mauro (the owner of the house) was super friendly and gave us valuable excursion tips. The house is very secluded in the forest and you are there in paradise!! For us(2 adults/3 children) the sleeping situation was a bit tight, also to store the bags, but no problem for 2 weeks! The German neighbors, it is also a semi-detached house, including a dog, were very friendly. We were lucky, dogs got along well. The house is small but perfect. The view with evening sunsets is simply amazing!!!!

Amazing accommodation. Everything you could possibly need. Spotless and functional. The team are amazing. Quiet and beautiful. We stayed for 4 weeks. Walked the mountains, tried many local food places. Home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely country home. It’s large, spacious, comfortable and easy to arrive at by car. Our’s was a brief stay to take-in the area’s rich food culture, including a day trip to Parma. By car Parma is easy to reach in about 35 minutes and there are a number of farms in the area where one can see the production and taste the results. Our host Lorenzo is very fast to reply and was very helpful suggesting local sights, places to visit and restaurants to dine in. We found the home perfect for two couples with a wonderful host. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night, the very cozy house in Tuscan style '80s is in the heart of the small village of Lanciole, we wanted peace and we found it. A lovely place, we immediately felt at home, the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Silvia and her very unique daughter. We will definitely be back
