I find it welcoming, intimate and familiar, far exceeds the experiences of the 4-star, aseptic, anonymous and cold hotels...Sara is always available, attentive and punctual to needs...the tranquility and silence that surrounds the structure, makes it one of the best places I have stayed...for me it will always be a fixed stop...

Great solution, respect what was described and shown in the photos. The house was well heated and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host. Only note: to clean the dishwasher filter, when the door opens, it smells bad and must always be kept closed.

We felt right at home in the apartment. It is very cozy with a fireplace and balcony with a view. The kitchen is decorated with everything you need. The grocery store and public transport are right around the corner and yet it is very quiet. Would book the apartment again immediately.

Very nice place to stay. Balcony with wonderful views from the Magadino plain to Cannobio. Locarno, but also the high altitude path are within walking distance. Nino is very kind and very quick to respond to messages.

I stayed here in early January beautiful and quiet place you're immersed in nature and silence. The house is very nice and characteristic, there is everything you need to spend time with friends and family, including a lot of social games. Tomas is super accurate about the necessary information and available at the time of need . Super positive feedback !

i was in this little paradise for a short time and with some unexpected events not due to the house or the owner. The house is much more beautiful than what you see in the photo and Silvano is a kind and understanding owner with whom it is very nice to chat The view is spectacular, I did not imagine!!!!. I received as a gift of local products,tasted the silence I was looking for and making a Trek☺️ as I wanted. My dog was also very happy. Really an oasis of peace one hour from Milan.

This unit is very good as it can accomodate my group of 13people. Location wise is walking distance to shop, menaggio and jetty as well. All kitchen utensils is in places and easy for those who love to cook. Feel like home. Thank Giuseppe

We really enjoyed the Rustico. Stylish with a lot of character, this wonderful rustico showed up on three floors, from the ground floor with kitchen and parlor to the first floor with the bedrooms overlooking the Lago Maggiore via a spiral staircase outside to the roof balcony with even great views, just what you want to relax and enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

Zeno is very helpful, and responds quickly. the property was as described. In a lovely location, it's about a 5 minute walk from the parking, there are steep stairs on the walk. The house itself was specious and comfortable.

I had an amazing time at this place! The huge natural-style garden is a true paradise for nature lovers, and although my visit was at the beginning of fall, there was still a big variety of produce I was invited to pick from it - including some tasty plants I didn't even know before :) I had originally planned to explore much more of the local area, but I just felt so at home and relaxed in cottage & garden that I actually spent most of my time there. Emiliano and his girlfriend are super nice people and amazing hosts: Kind and helpful in every regard, and great to share a glass of wine with. They succeeded in making me feel right at home. I'll visit again for sure!

This place has all that you need for a great stay in Monza. The charming old town centre is an easy walk away and there is also the option of the bus - bus stop is just outside.

My fiancé and I loved our time staying at Luca’s place. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Luca went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I hope to stay in this gorgeous home again soon. The attention to lighting, restoration, and design were all impeccable! Luca and his wife have really made an impressive home to share. Spacious and comfortable apartment!

Wonderful views of the Lago from sunrise to stargazing in the late evening. Lots of nice excursion options if you are traveling by car - great for swimming and hiking. The apartment is also very well equipped for cooking and was sparkling clean! Very flexible check-in and relaxed check-out through the key box and always good communication - all around Thank you Alessandro!

Our stay at Paola’s place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed and offered a pick up from the train station. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and very well equipped, but what impressed us the most was the view! Also, the contact with the owner was really easy. I highly recommend staying at this place! 😊😊
