Great spot, clean tidy and neat. Great outdoor area and a short stroll to a lovely beach and dock area. Child friendly place too. Recommended!

The place was very nice and pleasant to stay on.👍 Everything was good, including the host who was good at communicating with me. Not too long to drive to dyreparken (only about 12 minutes). The price was affordable. Definitely want to stay again someday 🙂

Very beautiful house with good interior and comfortable furniture. Everything was well prepared and very clean. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Fantastic view on the lake, especially when you relax in hot jacuzzi. It was so wonderful. It is perfect for relaxation for all the family. My daughter adored this place, it was a lot of toys inside, cartoons and very nice playground in front of the house with wooden cabin for children. You can also see some animals on the territory. Dyreparken is just 20 minutes by car. In 3 minutes by car you can find food stores. And just near the house you can find very beautiful waterfall. Owners of this place are very nice and very-very attentive people. They prepared for us fantastic and very, very, very delicious homemade bread that has a taste like in the best French bakery. We are very grateful to them for a wonderful weekend

A gem of a place! Easy and easy to deal with Knut Andre. Very nice and welcoming. It was raining and crying weather but this did not put a damper on the stay. We brought a tarp we set up by the fire pit and they we spent a lot of the time between the sauna and ice bathing all of the food was made on the fire. Hosts and place would highly recommend. Knut Andre(we suspect the wife has been inside the picture here ;) ) had covered, put on beds and folded towel so nice that the next thing is too wrong to use it :):) Take a trip, won't regret it. Very pleasant place for a bunch of 3 family(10pcs). Clean, quiet and easy to find, is not far from the city centre. Hot tub is amazing and great enjoyment for the whole gang.

Very warm welcome. Anne-Kristin and Gregor directly gave us great tips for the area and a restaurant. Overall, the conversations with the two were very warm and also informative and we felt very comfortable and at home. We will be happy to come back!

Great experience. It was such a joy for me and 18 others to come to Gunnar's beautiful home. Amazingly beautiful setting. There was an easy and clear communication between Gunnar and me - so it was really easy. It was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to get to. There were bathrooms for pretty much every room.

Fantastic cabin in the treetops with lovely views and super layout. This is really something out of the ordinary. The amenities were impeccable and the host has thought of most things. The heat was set on, the dining table set up to the correct number of guests and wood filled up. We would gladly came back :)

Great place to stay. Far from stress and appointments. With the boat provided by Lisbeth and Vidae, you are mobile and can explore everything. Many thanks to Lisbeth and Vidar for picking us up from the airport and bringing us back.

We had a wonderful holiday and stay at Sigrun Tara and her family's house. A very beautiful and exciting house with contents for every taste. Incredibly child-friendly with children's room, playroom, large garden and lots of empty space😄 Sigrun Tara has been nice and helpful from the start and we have felt welcome and taken care of during the whole stay. Highly recommend the space😊

Easy place to stay at.

We stayed for night, waiting for the ferry to Hirtshals. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. It's a nice flat, very clean and well equipped. The check-in easy and Arne gave us a warm welcome. We can highly recommend it.

Cozy townhouse, suitable size for our family of 5. We stayed here to visit Dyreparken and the city in general. Very nice to get to the city from here, there is a bus stop before a couple of minutes walk, otherwise it was fine with parking close to the house. Communication with the landlord was good, information was easily accessible. Feel free to go here again if there are many trips to Kristiansand.

Both big and small have fun in the morning and evening.

This was our second visit to Royland Gard. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. Gunnar was a very helpful and friendly host. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at the apartment for 10 days. The pool was extensively used with the 4-year-old both in the sun and rain and we never got the feeling of inconvenience to the homeowner who was at home. The apartment was felt larger than it looked in the pictures. The location is perfect starting point for a trip to the zoo or city center. Of course, you won't get away from any traffic noise so close to E18, but the apartment was well soundproofed so this wasn't very annoying Aina as a host was both nice and very helpful. We would highly recommend both host and place!

Very happy to stay in this house . Lots of rooms, large kitchen and 2 decent bathrooms . The host responded quickly to inquiries and we didn't experience any issues .
