Great spot, clean tidy and neat. Great outdoor area and a short stroll to a lovely beach and dock area. Child friendly place too. Recommended!

The place was very nice and pleasant to stay on.👍 Everything was good, including the host who was good at communicating with me. Not too long to drive to dyreparken (only about 12 minutes). The price was affordable. Definitely want to stay again someday 🙂

This is one of the nicest airbnb stays we have had. There were three of us - and everyone was so glad we were right here. It is beautiful and peaceful inside and the surroundings outside take your breath away. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived - with a fire in the fireplace and fresh flowers. Lovely beds with good duvets and soft bed linen. Freshly baked bread and stirred berries in the morning. The family is so warm and friendly- for a host! We extended the stay twice, we didn't want to go home - and we will definitely be back. Nicer than this it won't be. Many thanks to Christine and Per Kristian and the whole family for a memorable stay!

We spent 3 wonderful and relaxing days in the treehouse as a family. We found it so relaxed and cozy there! The nature and the beautiful view were just great. The beds are very comfortable and everything important is also available in the kitchen. We lacked nothing and we would always come back!

Very pleasant space for a bunch of 3 family (10pcs). Clean, quiet and easy to find, is not far from the city center. Hot tub is amazing and great enjoyment for the whole gang.

Very warm welcome. Anne-Kristin and Gregor directly gave us great tips for the area and a restaurant. Overall, the conversations with the two were very warm and also informative and we felt very comfortable and at home. We will be happy to come back!

Great experience. It was such a joy for me and 18 others to come to Gunnar's beautiful home. Amazingly beautiful setting. There was an easy and clear communication between Gunnar and me - so it was really easy. It was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to get to. There were bathrooms for pretty much every room.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we felt at home the minute we arrived. The fire was burning in the chimney, the table set for dinner, and many attentions to details were so appropriated. Also, we thought the beds would be very elementary but the mattress were amazing and we had the best night. Recommend 100%

Great place to stay. Far from stress and appointments. With the boat provided by Lisbeth and Vidae, you are mobile and can explore everything. Many thanks to Lisbeth and Vidar for picking us up from the airport and bringing us back.

Johnny was a very nice host. Quick responses, always nice and easy to interact with. Overview apartment with what can be used and what is private and everything was very easy. Recommend this place if you are going to Kristiansand.🤩

cute little cottage near the beach, but without dishwasher and outdoor shower

We stayed for night, waiting for the ferry to Hirtshals. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. It's a nice flat, very clean and well equipped. The check-in easy and Arne gave us a warm welcome. We can highly recommend it.

It was a great vacation, we enjoyed the time in the cottage very much. Located right on the water and you can enjoy wonderful hiking and spending time on the beach. Everything is wonderful to reach by car. We were able to contact the landlord with all questions and requests and answered quickly. A great place to stay to recommend :)

Both big and small have fun in the morning and evening.

This was our second visit to Royland Gard. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. Gunnar was a very helpful and friendly host. We would highly recommend this place.

Very spacious with big kitchen, living room, porch. We felt at home right away. Felt relaxing (as vacation should be) Kjersti was quick to respond and very nice.

My family had the best time at Martin and Nina’s place. Very friendly and helpful hosts, beautiful apartment, beautiful view and close to many good adventures. This place is highly recommended and we will definitely come back another time.

The house and outdoor area were absolutely amazing and well suited for two families with a total of four children. Location was good both for Dyrepark and downtown, the surrounding area is also really nice. Communication with Maria has been nice, and check-in and check in and check in and check in was easy.

The place is in a fantastic location. The island of Flekkerøya offers an excellent starting point for small hikes and fishing. We had a lovely stay in Flekkerøya. Jarl is a very eager and kind host.

Ina is a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went in peak season for Dyreparken, and one underrated advantage was how easy it was to get there by bus so we didn't have to deal with parking there. Perfect location between the park and downtown. The house is perfect for families. We travelled with 2 children and 2 grandparents, and we were all very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and spacious – our kids loved being able to run around outside all evening. The home gym was also a bonus! We would very happily stay here again!

Very nice and practical house. Short distance to Kristiansand and Dyreparken. Communication with the host was also very good.
