The place is worthy of a 5-star review. It is clean, neat, well equipped and a very comfortable stay for our family of 4! Adam is very responsive and we have an easy time getting to the place. Location is great as well, right in Santa Monica with great coffee and restaurants nearby. Recommended!

Molly’s house on the strand is a dream. Not only is she an incredible host that’s accommodating, communicative, and thoughtful. But her place is also peaceful, clean, well stocked with everything you need, and ultimately exactly what I was looking for. Don’t waste time reading reviews or looking at other places. This is the spot! I would absolutely book again and intend to sometime within the year!

Sarah was very responsive and helpful with all inquiries I had during my stay and the place is fantastic, love the keurig, the desk for work, and the kitchen. Bed was super comfortable. Finally, enough cannot be said about how easy it is to walk to the beach and experience legendary pacific coast sunsets and other nearby scenic points. And there was a fantastic neighborhood holiday festival one of the evenings I was there which was icing on the cake. So fun and I want to go back!

Julia was a wonderful host - she responded in a very timely manner to the questions I had (and there were a few 😊). She provided clear instructions. Her co- host was also very helpful and patient (particularly when I managed to park in the wrong spot - I really appreciate that!) Overall, a great place to stay.

We had an outstanding stay at Bradley’s Airbnb. Location was excellent, very walkable, close to the beach, lots of restaurants and just easy access to everything Manhattans Beach has to offer. Airbnb was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Host was super communicative, welcoming and very helpful. We would love to be back!

Danny’s place was great and he had wonderful local recommendations for us throughout our stay. It was nice to have garage and driveway parking. The house is 3 levels with the top level being the master with ocean views. One morning we even saw dolphins! The beach and strand are close but you do have to walk down/up a steep hill to get there. We had a great time!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Venice. It’s beautifully decorated and appointed. And the host is responsive and has thought of everything. I would stay at the this place again without hesitation. It’s an oasis inside Venice. Awesome spot!

Victoria was one of the best hosts we've ever had. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our accommodations. Her house was clean and stocked with everything you could need or want. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend Victoria's place!!

Great location, close to all the things we wanted to do. The house was plenty of space for our family of 4, wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the pool, but we got to use the bikes to ride to the beach and enjoyed the fire pit. Coni was very accommodating, and responded quickly to all our questions. We loved the art and all the books she displayed throughout the house. Definitely will stay here again if we get the chance!

We enjoyed our stay while we were in LA for a Rams game. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and very close to a lot of things. We loved the open space of the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The rooms did get hot at night so sleep with the fans provided or crack a window.

We really enjoyed staying at this location-in the heart of Venice, in walking distance of Abbott Kinney, Lincoln Blvd and the beach. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was very comfortable; clean and free of clutter, but also very pleasant and homey. Will definitely rent again!

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

Sam and Amber's place was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. Very secure building and I received immediate feedback for all questions. I would definitely choose their place again when in the area.

My Mom passed away & flew in from Florida to have her Funeral Services in Southern California which is where I grew up. My stay was set up to be right after all the services & a much needed peaceful space to grieve. Venice Beach was 1 of the many Beaches my Mom & I enjoyed together. I would love to come back & stay with my Adult kids & Grandsons in the future. It would accommodate us all & be a great place to create fun memories together with my family.

My husband and I and another couple came to LA for a weekend getaway. Our original plans were altered due to the wildfires and I came across Christina’s listing just 24 hours before we needed to check-in. Christina was very quick to respond and answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns I had with such a quick change of plans! Very clear instructions made the house easy to find and parking very clear. The house was extremely clean and all listed amenities were available. Loved the little balcony - a great plus! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a great find and we had plenty of room in that regard! Parking is a little tight due to the neighbor’s large trucks but our mid-size SUV worked ok! Location was great with quick routes to downtown, the beach, and so much more! We did enjoy a local pub on USC campus just moments from the house!

Great hosts, beautiful garden /dining space, unit quiet, private, clean, spacious, well appointed, comfortable and very well inventoried to make a homelike stay easy. Garden cut flowers and fresh coffee beans/grinder were a lovely touch. Would love to stay again

Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.

Oksana’s condo was lovely and we had everything we needed! The king bed was quite comfortable. We had a question about how to operate the lock on the front door and she communicated with us both by Ring video and also came over the next morning to help us. ☺️
