A few meters away there is a multiscreen IMG cinema and the Teatro Toniolo in addition to the Candiani center

This stay was perfect. We had everything we expected and appreciated the small touches such as breakfast and espresso available in the mornings. The place was super clean and cute! The host was very accommodating to our late arrival and provided recommendations of what to do/how to navigate the water buses. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone coming to Venice!

Hotel was a perfect location, just opposite the Mestre train station which is the first stop out of Venice, so you can pretty much catch most of the trains out of Venice station and are back at the room in 15mins. Reception was friendly and room was just what's needed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bonus, simple but helped get the day going! Would recommend the place highly!

Nice and clean room, very quiet and as stated is in a gated parking area which is very convenient. The host was very nice and accommodating. Also being only a couple blocks from the T1 tram was very nice as it takes you right into Venice, would definitely recommend this if you want something convenient and also quiet and safe.

A peaceful harbor. Surrounded by fields and trees, and it is very easy to walk or drive (easy and free parking) to the small town next door ( 800m ), from where we take a bus that takes us to Venice in 30 minutes. Dario recommended a typical trattoria when his was closed. We ate very well in both places, and it was a nice discovery of Venetian cuisine. We'll be happy to go back!
