Highly recommended! The bungalows were clean and as described. On request, we had a fence for the dogs around the garden. The walk to the beach was 5-10 minutes and there were free sun loungers for the members of the campsite! In addition, there are souvenir shops, restaurants and a dog playground with dog shower in the campsite. Very pleasant for the little fellow vacationers :) Always happy to ☺️

Annalisa was accurate in the information before departure ,available, welcoming upon arrival. We really appreciated the detailed map of the area with the addition of notes useful to us as special places, where to eat, shop, church, transportation and related schedules with a series of leaflets and leaflets that we could keep. During the stay, Annalisa was very kind and discreet, ready to respond to all our reports and needs. The house is very clean ,in a quiet space with very functional interior amenities. So much green around very well maintained, fenced and closed that makes the place safe. It is located near the pine forest that has made the summer heat pleasant with its breeze. For us nature lovers, it was nice to be able to photograph the "Fratino", a typical bird of the beaches, feel at night the continuous call of Assisiolo and other nocturnal birds, see a squirrel. Quiet, clean free beach

We booked at short notice Barbara was always available, so we were also able to organize ourselves spontaneously with 5 people. We were also able to bring our dog and a fence was added for this, so we could also use the garden, which is usually a parking space, for us. The bungalow is exactly as shown in the pictures. There is everything you need for self-catering and even dishwasher, sponges, kitchen towels... I didn't have to buy anything extra, totally great. Barbara is almost always available, since she works in the shop on the premises, she gave us good tips. The beach, the campsite next door and the surroundings are very nice, we were there as a family and will be back for sure. Relaxed holidays with trip to venezia.

Daniela's bungalow was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only downside for us as a family with small kids was the distance to the beach. You need to walk about 25 minutes to get to the nearest beach. I still fully recommend the place.

The accommodation was impeccable, as was the helpfulness of the reception. We chose this place because of the fireplace; there is always a basket full of wood available at no extra cost. They offer a delivery service for bread and croissants in the morning always at no additional cost other than the cost of the product itself, but above all the locals are super nice… we had a little problem with the car that was resolved on the same day thanks to the garage always indicated by the Reception. Great area: although we were around with a 5-month-old baby, every day we went hiking and also the shore of Lake Garda is only 20 minutes away. Thanks for the wonderful 1 week vacation! We regenerated despite the baby😅. Happy 2025!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Ivo and his father are lovely hosts themselves. With the bikes of the property, you could explore the area very well. Absolutely plus. It is also very nice that the terrace is completely fenced and the dog was able to move freely. Beds are very through soft unfortunately Otherwise, the accommodation is well-equipped, you have everything you need. We can recommend the accommodation.

I was at Stefano's in a bungalow/cottage. Since I only needed an accommodation with a small kitchen to attend the surf school next door, it was ideal for me. We were warmly welcomed and were still able to clarify individual appointments and departure day and I felt very at home.

Villaggio Arco is located in the small city of Eraclea Mare, a walking distance (couple of minutes) from the beach. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very well organized and contained everything required for our stay. There's a couple of small grocery shops around the area, and many restaurants (although very touristy). One should note, however, that while dogs are allowed, many of the beaches around do not actually allow dogs. We would definitely recommend this place for a beach-focused vacation.

Dear Silvia, thank you so much for this great week. The house is perfect for holidays with a dog. The houses are located directly in a pine grove with numerous paths that are great to walk the dog. The beach is only a few minutes by walk, including a dog beach nearby. The house itself is a bit tight for 4 people + large dog, but sufficient. The location is simply great, a bit quieter but still central. Shopping facilities and great bars and restaurants also within walking distance. It is all very clean and well maintained.

Hi everyone! I came here on the recommendation of a friend. It is a quiet and peaceful place. The staff is friendly, helpful and very hospitable. The place is very clean. The barbecue and bicycle facilities are very good. Close to the sea. We'll see you again soon.

Staying at Albert's was a great experience during our 4 day stay! Alberto was very kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. When we had some issue, he came immediately and fixed it. The bungalow was clean and cozy, the bathroom with no signs of mold. Air conditioning came in handy during hot days. I also appreciate the possibility of renting a bike, which made it easier for us to move to the beach and to the store and to the sunset :) it was easy, but more than we expected it was in handy. The beach was only 10 minutes away and we were delighted with the showers and toilets there, so we were able to refresh ourselves after swimming. Also in the grounds with the bungalows there were garden showers which was handy especially for our baby who was full of sand. The only thing I would name is the lack of some types of dishes. That's why we decided once to visit an excellent restaurant right next door that even offered gluten-free pizza. Overall, we were very satisfied and I recommend this accommodation to all who are looking for a quiet place to relax

We were delighted with the location directly on the beach and the surrounding area in the pine forest. You should only have enough insect protection with you, otherwise it will quickly be annoying outside on the terrace. The apartment was super equipped and Silvia was available for questions at all times. Even helped us get a connection to Venice. The office for the check-in and questions is located directly on the complex. We were looking for something because it is exactly on the other side. Each home has its own parking space right on the complex. We will come back :-)

It was a very nice and relaxing getaway! Exactly as described, you have everything you need in the cottage. Silvia is very nice and helpful! Also on Sunday, after we reported that gas balloon is empty, she organized the exchange within 15 minutes! Very clean, very close to the sea and also the shops nearby. We will definitely come back!

Annalisa was really a great host, she was always available and never bothered. The entire property was fantastic, very quiet location in the middle of nature plus large garden. The bungalows are super divided so each guest has their privacy, we were really very surprised with the cleanliness in the bungalow and also the entire property which Annalisa's dad maintains with a lot of love. Each bungalow also has a large terrace. A mini market is right around the corner and restaurants are also very easy to reach by bike where there is very good food. Annalisa provides the bicycles and beach umbrellas free of charge, which is a dream. The beach is really close to the property and easily accessible. The beach is very quiet with lots of shells :-) We had one of our best vacations there and thank Annalisa and her dear family again! See you next year Kind regards, Giota +Sven

Hallo, We had beautiful days in Annalisa's bungalow. Everything was as described. The garden is a green oasis with herbs that guests are even allowed to use. The amenities are simple but at the same time have everything you need. Very positive is also to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, Annalisa gives a detailed introduction including tips for the area (shopping/leisure/restaurants). We were wretched on departure and can imagine coming back😊.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

A small cottage for two people with a wonderful garden. There are free, well-maintained bicycles with which we were able to cycle to the ferry terminal and Annalisa not only responded quickly, but also gave helpful tips. A very nice oasis, especially when the sun is shining.

Everything was fine, everything was as described and evolved. Very pleasant, clean, tidy environment. Modern accommodation. Close to the sea. The harbor is close to the harbor, you can sail over to Venice. Last but not least, the place was pet-friendly so it was perfect for us. Thank you for being there, we had a great time.

We loved staying here, a nice relaxing location near the beach after staying in Venice for a few days and great spot to day trip to the other islands too. Annalisa was super helpful getting us to and from the ferry and advising places to visit. She has bikes that are free to use and the local town is east to cycle around. The accommodation was as described, was clean and kitted with everything we needed. It felt private from the other bungalows. I would advise being prepared with mosquito repellent!

great place with wonderful views. beaches were a bit further away than expected but the swimmingpool Pool makes up for it!

we had a perfect stay at Annalisa's. the little houses are comfortable and well-equiped. the garden around is beautiful. Annalisa and her family are really nice and attentive to your needs. the area is quiet and green, you can enjoy beach at 10 minutes by foot. it is super easy to go and take the boat to visit Venezia and all the islands or bike around the laguna! we recommend and hope to come back soon!

Bungalow located at the end, with stunning views. We had plenty of privacy. A garden designed to relax and unwind. Ping pong and a pool can be used on the premises. There may be a walk to the waterfalls nearby, or to the town of Tignale. About half an hour to the lake by car. We loved the place and can recommend it. We didn't want to leave. We had a lovely holiday here.

Catia was very friendly and always available. Check-in & check-outs were smooth. The place was clean, in a peaceful neighborhood. Small things such as salt & pepper in the kitchen would be desirable, as well as sinks, sponge, rags, cleaning products, etc. But on the whole we are very satisfied.

The open living space features a spacious sectional sofa adorned with floral cushions, showcasing large windows that offer scenic views of the surrounding landscape. A marble coffee table is centrally located, and the dining area is set for several guests, creating an inviting atmosphere.

A dream cottage to feel good! There were five of us ( 4 adults, 1 toddler and dogs) in Sandra's place. The breathtaking view from the balcony exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed the peace and idyll very much. Communication with Sandra was always straightforward and she always responded very quickly. The place is very well equipped and very clean. It was definitely not our last stay at Sandra's bungalow, we are happy to vacation there again.
