I really enjoyed spending the week in this apartment. Underground parking is a real plus. The interior is thoughtfully decorated, it feels very good.

Very nice place, true to description and listing photos. Access to a parking space (for €10 per night) makes it possible not to take the head to find a place in the city, and is a real plus given the location.

i recommend this accommodation both for the quality of its layout where nothing is missing and where everything is thought to facilitate the stay; both for its location ( very well located for visiting the city and going to a drunk boat concert), both by the quality of the welcome of its host. I will not hesitate to stay there again if I have the opportunity to come back to Tours

We really enjoyed staying in Lionel's charming apartment in downtown Tours. Its location is ideal, sinceit is very close to the train station. The interior is neat and very functional, most of the amenities are available, making the stay very pleasant! Lionel and his co-host are caring and very proactive hosts, easily available to answer your questions. The plus we loved: The little tour guides to do activities in Tours or in other cities along the Loire, perfect for an overview of the activities and the best restaurants in the area! I highly recommend Lionel and his co-host as well as their accommodation if you want to spend a pleasant relaxing stay to visit Tours, the small cellars or the castles of the Loire. Nice and functional place to stay

The accommodation is lovely. We had a pleasant stay. It feels like the house. I recommend it. The proximity to restaurants and the city center allows you to rooftop fairz on foot. David is very welcoming, available and accommodating. The lounge area with sin video projector is nice.

The accommodation is as described, as a bonus two champagne flutes in the closet allowed us to taste the nectar as a couple in a cocooning atmosphere at the top! 👌 and the small intentions (two sweets and a small chocolate) what more could you ask for?!? Warm and romantic atmosphere . The hot tub is great as well as the sauna. Everything is very design and tasteful. We had a great time. Coffee and tea pods available. The cleanliness ,the layout of the place gives a very cozy atmosphere I would recommend it in a second

Great apartment with easy access on the first floor. Make sure you get the Flowbird parking app if you bring your own car so you can pay for parking easier and cheaper than at the parking stations. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

A beautiful romantic weekend in this duplex home. The place is perfect, the well-equipped kitchen, the neat decoration making the whole very cozy. A big plus for the balneo. We enjoyed all the nearby businesses. Very responsive host to recommend!

The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and perfectly matches the photos. Everything is well organized with clear instructions for the use of amenities (televisions, hot tub, cinema, sauna), making the stay very pleasant.
