Apartment in a great location, spacious, well arranged and crossing. From the balcony overlooking the harbor and the park and rooms overlooking the church. It's super nice to have lunch with the rising sun. On the other hand, if like me, you are sensitive to noises don't forget your quiescent balls! But despite that, I had a great stay and I recommend this apartment in the heart of Royan.

A very clean and comfortable apartment, very well equipped, nothing is missing, both in dishes and cooking utensils. Everything is designed for a perfect stay. Exceptional location, beach , sea, shops and restaurants nearby. An apartment crossing on 2 levels with the living room and balcony giving a splendid view of the sea and the magnificent sunsets, and the bedroom on the east side with views of the interior. Stay with 2 children: apartment ideally located 2 steps from the beach, shops... and rides 😉 Comfortable apartment with all the necessities. The small downside, the noise coming from the restaurant below once closed (noisy waiters singing at an hour's notice, and scraping the chairs and tables). A place we'll keep in mind for an upcoming off-season stay. With our thanks, 5 stars deserved.

I loved spending 3 nights solo at Chez Marie and Ludovic. This is a small apartment very functional and very well located in one of the main streets of Mornac. Since I was alone, I really enjoyed the great TV for the evening and the possibility of watching Netflix among other things…For the rest, everything was perfect up to the capsule and the bottle of welcome water. A big thank you I felt very good and at home to the point that I had a lot of trouble leaving! In December, many shops and restaurants are closed but it didn't bother me because I was looking for calm and tranquility. I really enjoyed the interaction with Marie which allowed me to take some nice walks around the area. I had a real crush on the village of Mornac , very authentic and I will probably come back to it.

Very nice house, decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The indoor and outdoor table are perfect for 8 people, but can accommodate up to 10. All bedrooms are spacious and well equipped (wardrobes, bedside table). Two small downsides inside: the bathrooms are just functional (the water shower is missing a wall), and it's an old house, so the noise circulates a lot (to have in mind if children sleep in the bedroom above the living room). The outside: great, looks bigger than in the photos. 5-6 sunbeds in the shade, outdoor shower. As for the location it is perfect: 3min from the ocean beach on foot. 10min drive to the lake beach. Hourtin-Plage is very small but the house is close to shops and restaurants, while being on a quiet and easy street to park. Very recommendable!

The house exceeded what was stated in the advert and Charlene and Jann were brilliant hosts. They were super responsive and always willing to help - they gave us phone numbers and responded within minutes if we had a question. The house felt like a real luxurious stay and the location was perfect for both Lacanau Lake and also Lacanau Ocean. There were great beach spots within 5 minutes drive as well as supermarkets and Lacanau Ocean town really close. The lake was a 2 minute walk too. The house was brilliant for a family with kids and we used the pool and outside seating areas all the time. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

first of all, a big thank you to Joel for his warm welcome and small touches that set the tone for your stay we had a lovely time in this beautiful area; the nice weather was at the rendezvous allowing us long walks on the waterfront with our golden retriever ( pets allowed ) the accommodation is comfortable, nicely decorated , very good bedding . conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the beach of the great coast . we are really delighted with our stay and we plan to come back very soon

nice accommodation and in a very good location. The only downside is the access to the parking lot, you should not have a very wide car.

Lou was incredibly kind and communication was easy. The location was really great 50 meters from the beach. do not hesitate to rent you will not be disappointed.

we went there to recharge and recover energy for the new year. the view is splendid, we had a beautiful sunset ❤️ it was a pleasure to come and go to the beach just "downstairs". sarah's concierge is friendly and responsive. small downside Thierry did not heat the sea water 🤣 ( I'm kidding)

Bruno and Océane were very nice with flexibility for our arrival and departure. Their apartment is well equipped, pleasant with its half floors and especially with a magnificent view of the ocean. It's all about walking. We had a pleasant stay with our two children. We'll be back 😉
