Francesco and his family are very kind people. You will get any help you need during the stay. The place feels like home as you have everything you need for a short and long time living. We have spent 1 month at his place, no regrats at all. Highly recommend😍🥹

I booked it while looking for a mid-stay accommodation from a trip to northern Italy using a rental car to a trip to the south. It's a little far from downtown, but the host's ratings and reviews were so good that I booked it, but it was much better than I expected. The host's kindness, clean and spacious space, kitchen table, and natural environment were also good. It was too bad to just stay. Next time, I want to stay for more than 2 nights. Thank you

Clean and very well located accommodation, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The center of Rome is easily and quickly accessible with a vehicle (about 25 minutes, large car parks near the Cornelia metro station). Francesco is very friendly and was responsive and available when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool after the hot days spent walking in Rome.

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

The toilet broke down, but you responded quickly.It was a very spacious room and the view from the terrace was amazing! It was a very good memory in Rome!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! No negative comment about anything! Veronica was wonderful and so thoughtful! Checkin and checkout was perfect! Veronica greeted us with DELICIOUS croissants , water , wine and beer in the fridge! We had everything we needed, coffee machine , plates, glasses,etc. The airbnb is in proximity to bakeries, markets, bars and the metro is a 5 mins walk from the apartment and 20 mins metro from all the historic attractions! It is a perfect, CLEAN place with an AMAZING host! Thank you again Veronica you are a sweetheart! Can’t wait to be back! ❤️

I would stay here again! Guido was an excellent host. Very responsive and gave great instructions how to get to the Airbnb. The Airbnb was very cute and spacious. Clean, comfortable and location! So many amazing food options around, plus walking distance to all big attractions in Rome. Highly highly recommend.

A very homey and calm place. It's within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions and conveniently located between many public transportation stops. Excellent restaurants and shops nearby as well as a vibrant night life.

Alessandra's property exceeded our expectations and Monti is amazing! The apartment is gloriously quiet. It was perfect for my friend and I - the living room was comfortable and cozy, and having two bedrooms/bathrooms was great. The small design touches like the book selections and the artwork were outstanding and made the apartment feel like a home. The kitchen is well-equipped, and with several supermarkets nearby, it was great to be able to fix a quick meal when we were too tired to go out. Alessandra is a wonderful host, allowing us to check in when we arrived despite it being early, and offering great recommendations about the neighborhood and written instructions about everything in the apartment. She responded promptly to our questions and was extremely helpful with an issue that arose. The heating system keeps the apartment warm, but the floors can be cold. If you plan to do laundry, either bring or be prepared to buy detergent. We LOVED this apartment and would stay again!

Place was better than expected, and the host was very responsive. Reaching this place is tricky, so i suggest reading the instructions a few times, but once you make it in, its well worth the effort

Lovely house in the hills with a beautiful view! If you have a car, it’s very easy to explore the surrounding countryside and get into the city of Rome. Simona was a very sweet and gracious host.

Very nice for a holiday with children, plenty of space, large garden with fish, turtles, birds and a cat. Quickly by car at the beach and in Rome.

Giovannella was awesome to deal with and this property was the best we have ever stayed in. The house is private and is quality. Both large bedrooms have an awesome ensuite each. Kitchen is amazing, lounge rooms are very good and the outside with pool was excellent. The whole family were very friendly and staff were very polite. Even though they were in harvest for the olive production, Francesco gave us a great tour of the facility. We travelled to Aprilia station, less than 10 mins away and caught a train to Rome, twice during our stay at a cost of €3 each way. You can also get an interactive card from a tobacconist for €9.30 which will give you Trains, bus and metro for 1 day. We stayed here for 5 days and will definitely come back. Just book it, you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Emanuele and Ana are the hosts of dreams, kind, friendly, helpful, always receptive and very skilled in making you feel like one of them. They decorated the whole house knowing it was my boyfriend's birthday, I was shocked, tears 💚💚 thanks for everything

A great, private, residential location about 10 minutes from the airport. We only stayed one night, before a trip back home, and having something so close to the airport was wonderful. Very secure entry to a single floor unit (no need to carry luggage up and down steps!) was an added bonus.
