Family-friendly vacation rentals in Vaz/Obervaz

Very cozy and beautiful cabin in a great mountain landscape! Great environment for sledding! Willy is very friendly and takes care of everything! Highly recommend!

Very spacious apartment for large families, a somewhat separate guest room with its own small bathroom is ideal to invite another "attachment". The furnishings are great, everything is available, incl. Fondue-Rechaud and raclette oven. You can tell that the hosts themselves are often in the apartment. The location is very good, just below the dream slope. Very clean and generously equipped with terry towels and sheets. The master bathroom with jacuzzi tub is very nice, also the terraces and the fireplace, which may be used, upgrade the apartment. We didn't try the pizza oven, but in the summer it would certainly also be a highlight! Two cars are easy to accommodate, another one would have to be placed in the "lower underground car park", which is really very tight. Even the manager advised us not to use it unless we had a small car. We didn't try. :-)

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Scrinari. A very cozy and cozy house, with great views and all the necessary amenities. Clear instructions and very clean. A house to feel at home while you are on vacation.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

The cabin is in a great location with spectacular views of the mountains around, it is a few kilometers from Bormio for those who want to ski and a few kilometers from Livigno, also highly recommended for the perfect decor and typical warm cabin, it is like feeling at home.

Lovely apartment. Close to the shops. Easy to get to the skis fields as the bus stop is right in front of the building.

The place was perfect for our big family. We enjoyed the two nights very much. Every morning we also received super fine, fresh bread. Riccarda is a great host.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

An extremely friendly, helpful, chilled and emphatic hostess made our stay in the very well-equipped apartment pleasant. We loved the sensational view and the many pets ( two cuddly dachshunds and four ?cute cats ). The journey to the last 600 meters and the steps to the apartment took some getting used to. The pool is tasteful and well laid out. Due to the rather bad weather for this season, however, it was little used by us. Restaurants etc are not easily accessible on foot! There is a footpath to Gravedona, but with a full stomach, I don't think so great. But you can cook and dine there wonderfully when you have taken care of yourself in the Iperal in Dongo (best on the way there). We can definitely recommend the accommodation! Thanks Silvia!!

If you want to stay in a traditional historic Swiss farmhouse this really is the place for you. Yes, the floorboards creak and the ceilings are low, but nothing you wouldn't expect in a building of this age. It is well described and accurate. The views across the lake to the Rigi are breathtaking. It would be possible to simply sit all day and look out of the window. The accommodation has a lovely modern bathroom, is well equipped and as described. It is up a small private road which would be easy to miss if you didn't follow the clear instructions. Highly recommend a stay here. Jürg is lovely and the surroundings are simply gorgeous.

Our home away from home – a perfect retreat We have been coming to this wonderful farmhouse in Waltensburg for years – and every time we feel at home. Everything is always sparkling clean, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and the homely atmosphere immediately provides relaxation. The hostess is just fantastic: warm, attentive and always trying to make us feel comfortable. The quiet location and the beautiful nature around it make the stay perfect. We had an unforgettable stay at Regula's and enjoyed the time as a family (5 people) very much. Immediately after Regula's open and warm welcome, we felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet and very clean. The surrounding area invites you to many outdoor activities. We will certainly return again in the summer.

Wonder stay for a family of 4 and a dog!

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. A super good experience from booking until check-out. The flat exceeded our expectations, magnificent views, super clean and everything worked to perfection. Helpful and super friendly communication and extremely helpful theoughout our stay with quick responses from both Gary and Sinead, and the on-site support by Wolfgang. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a super cozy skitrip to Ischgl and Kappl which do also allow time to relax.

Nice Location, very friendly hosts, all flexible, no problems, one more bed with no problem, parking for 2 cars. Plus, close to the highway and access to work perfect! All what we needed!

Such a lovely stay, away from the busier town area, but also well connected. Ruth was super nice to chat with, gave great recommendations, and had very thoughtfully added in goodies for New Year’s Eve too! Would definitely want to visit again some time!

We had a very nice holiday in the apartment. Everything was clearly communicated and the apartment clean and equipped with every comfort. Furthermore, a quiet apartment complex, had a great night's sleep, had a nice meal in the village and visited several ski slopes that were easy to drive from the apartment. We will definitely come back!
