Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vásquez de Coronado

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s Origin Mansion! The location was perfect—situated in a peaceful area with easy access to downtown San José and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The house was exactly as advertised, with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals when we wanted. Marco was incredibly responsive and quick to address any issues, ensuring a smooth experience. Overall, a beautiful and convenient place to stay in San José. Highly recommend!

A beautiful rustic house overlooking the volcanoes. We had a minor issue with the water and Tomás was quick to take care of it. Other than that our stay was perfect. Do keep in mind the biggest room is downstairs, so not suitable for somebody who has trouble with stairs. But the three rooms in the main area still have enough beds. This would be an awesome place for a big family. Close to Poás and the peace waterfalls. My teenage children all loved it.

this place is basically the best one I've ever been. the house is beautiful and it has a beautiful garden where Gloria serves an outstanding local breakfast. It is the best place to rest and stay while you are in San José or just going through.

I will think fondly and memorably about my time at Bogana house for the rest of my days. I met so many fun, interesting and genuinely kind people during my stay there. Paula, the resident house-mom is incredible! If there were a world championships for being a house-mom then Paula would be the undisputed world champion of the world. She's like the Michael Phelps of house-moms. Paula is there for whatever you may need, she is hilarious to talk with and I am so glad I had the opportunity to get to know her. The house is very well located with whatever you may need in walking distance. Her family also could not be kinder. I'd like to make a special shoutout to her son Daniel, who is the most well behaved teenager I've ever encountered and a very interesting and awesome person. Evangeline is highly responsive and I got the sense she is also a natural and intuitive caregiver. You will be in great hands with these ladies! The house itself is truly amazing! I can't wait to visit again soon!!!

This was a great place to stay, we would definitely do it again! The communication process before arrival was good. The caretakers were very friendly and very helpful. The house was huge, luxurious, and had amazing views. All and all our family had a great couple of days at the house. Having said all of that, there were a few cons: -The road to get to the place was horrible, it was muddy with a lot of potholes. -There are chickens in the back yard. Some people might like that, but the rooster would crow in the middle of the night and wake us up. -The house was "surface" cleaned, but it could definitely use a deep clean. The fridge was dirty, there was a lot of dust and dirt under furniture, etc.

Victoria was an excellent host! She was always ready to help out with whatever we needed or answer our questions. It was extremely helpful to have an English speaking host in a Spanish speaking place. We had a private bedroom and bathroom and could come and go as needed. We would definitely recommend staying at Victoria’s. My husband and I had dental work done while in Costa Rica and Victoria is very familiar with how the process goes and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

An excellent place to share, proximity to the city of Heredia, nice and comfortable.

The apartment is modern, and the building offers many amenities-gym, Pool, grill area. But what most impressed me was the sheer volume of extras: tons of cookware, multiple streaming options, balcony with a great view. Everything is of the highest quality, and there was enough food provided for several days’ meals. Nice neighborhood parks just a few minutes away, and plenty of dining options. It would be hard to find a better host in San José.

Easy to find. Very close to many things. Restaurants, shopping, parks, buses, church, etc. Easy walk to San José Centro Fairly quiet end of Calle 33 - except Saturdays until 11:30 or 12. Host very responsive. Simple but quite adequate! Mari, the housekeeper, very sweet and helpful!

This B&B is gorgeous!!! The room was comfortable with an in suite bathroom. There’s a terrace where you can relax that’s absolutely stunning. I ordered dinner the night I stayed and it was delicious, as was the breakfast (huge portions). Laurie was helpful in arranging airport transfer which was only a 15 minute drive from her place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and great place to stay if you want to be near the airport or away from the craziness of downtown San Jose.

Ruth and Andreas have succeeded in a perfect mix with their finca Chiribita: three bungalows in a reduced black and white design stand in skillfully crafted nature. As soon as you wake up, you can look through the window front to the valley with its lush greenery. On the terrace you can only spend hours looking. Ruth answers all questions, Andreas turns out to be a top baker: every morning there is a delicious breakfast on the terrace of her house with fresh homemade bread and many fruits. Even if you are traveling without a car, you can quickly get to the Orosi Valley or Cartago from there by Uber.

The host was very helpful and let me check in early. She spoke english well enough that communication was easy and she was very responsive to questions that I had. If you are going to the Basilica which is the main attraction in town the location could not be better. The Basilica is directly across the street and the breakfast area has a good view of it. I could not believe that they served breakfast as a part of this very low priced, very clean and comfortable room. I will book it when I come back! It is also only about a $60 dollar taxi ride to the airport on an uber so its ideal place to spend both the first night or two in country and when exiting.

Pleasant, clean and good service. We were allowed to stay in the room until the afternoon at no extra charge. Thank you!

The place is in a quiet area, you can feel safe and only 10 minutes to the larger shopping center. Continental breakfasts delicious, friendly, smiling, and supportive guests. Rooms are clean, well-maintained. If we go back to San Jose, it's also to Casa Lima. :)
