In the dalyan yacht of Çeşme, 4 rooms with sea views, in a super location, panoramic sea and marina views are unique, where you can feel the magnificent coolness on the hottest days, completely renovated with furniture,all rooms are spacious with a balcony, 3 double 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the view is cool, be our guest if you like quality and enjoyment, the rooms have air conditioning, there is a fireplace for winter, the walls are insulated, it is cool in the warm summer in winter.

Our villa is the duplex part of a triplex building, and separated from the adjoining basement unit. It is 250m away from Ali Bostan Plaji, a 'sandy' public beach. It is within walking distance to local bakery, supermarket, mosque. Nearby Dalyan village hosts world class fish restaurants. Our 200m2 villa is furnished adequately for 8 guests with a nice swimming pool and a private garden. Our neighborhood is quiet and ideal for families with kids. Winter-rental is OK with AC heaters.

We opened our new unit in 2020. As it is an independent building you have your private area and you can be in touch with others as much as you prefer. The small garden and patio in front of the building are for your private use. We try to create a cozy and friendly atmosphere with a colorful interior. At this house, we have a reverse osmose water filter system. You do not need to buy drinking water. In all our houses we use ecofriendly material for a better world.

Spectacular sea view among mastic trees

Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
