We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rajendra Ji’s place! He and his wife were such warm and welcoming hosts, making us feel completely at home. The homemade food was not only delicious but also so affordable,we couldn't have asked for better! A special mention for the milk they served us; I usually don’t drink milk without Bournvita, but this one was so fresh and tasty that I loved it just as it was! Their kindness and hospitality were truly unmatched. They were always polite and caring, making sure we had everything we needed. The friendly dogs on the property added to the charm, making the experience even more delightful. And the location? Absolutely breathtaking! Words simply can’t do justice to the beauty of the surroundings. To top it all off, the people in the area were incredibly warm and friendly, adding to the overall homely vibe of the place. If you’re looking for a stay that feels like home with amazing food, serene views, and heartwarming hospitality this place to be💖

It is a very beautiful place to stay with very peaceful neighbourhood with mesmerising views from room as seen in the pictures. The property is very well maintained and meant for someone who is looking to live at a peaceful space and surrounding instead of super commercialised area of manali Shoutout to the host utkarsh for being super responsive even at very early hour of the day and helping us with local recommendations and contacts which made our trip easy to plan. I myself is a host and after staying at this property i will definitely recommend this to everyone as he met all the standards that are needed for a memorable and peaceful stay, i will definitely comeback to stay here again!

I really liked the location of this place. It's 20 kms before main Manali market etc so if you're goal is to see Manali then this might be a bit far unless you have your own car. We weren't really interested in Mall road and our main goal was to drive to Atal tunnel and Keylong the next morning. So for a night's stay it was perfect. Surrounded by lots of green I liked the quiet ambience here. I am not sure how the other rooms were but we booked a villa that had a hall and 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 on the first floor. Both rooms had attached bathrooms. The campus also had some random swings that gave us 5 mins of adventure lol. Food taste was decent (some may not like it but if you're not a food drama queen you'll survive) P.S. For those worried by the word "Satvika" in the name - they do have non veg food :)

Great stay with family and kids; very helpful staff; lots of friendly pet dogs; apple orchard next door where we found 2 white donkeys every day coming for night stay; provision for campfire, lots of sunlight coming in; persimmon tree laden with fruits; pine trees in the complex and kids collected lots of cones; functional kitchen; and everything inside was great - bathrooms, bedrooms, all good! great experience overall

Our family had a fantastic stay at Mosum Retreat in Manali! The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful escape from the city. The hosts were warm and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains. Though the location is a bit off the beaten path, once you settle in, it feels surreal – truly a perfect getaway. We loved cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, making home-cooked meals while enjoying the serene surroundings. There were also indoor games like chess, snakes and ladders, Jenga puzzles that kept us all entertained and provided quality family time. The outdoor spaces were great for the kids to explore. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Mosum Retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Manali. Can’t wait to return!

A huge shoutout to Seema ma’am and her entire family (the kiddos – Joy n Abhinav and of course Monica) for making us feel so incredibly welcome. First, let's talk about the food! Breakfast was a delightful surprise every morning, filled with delicious fun sandwiches, perfectly spiced aloo parathas and fresh brews (tea lovers – rejoice). But lunch and dinner were next-level! From fluffy chapatis, to lip smacking dals/mix veg that had us wanting more n more! The hospitality goes beyond the food! The cottage itself is a haven of beauty, perfectly maintained and bathed in the warm glow of the morning sunrise. And let's not forget - Maggie and Aslan, the friendliest Labs you'll ever meet. The peaceful area was perfect for our daily workout routines, and the surroundings offering plenty to explore. We found ourselves getting happily "stuck" at and around the cottage. Seema ma’am and her family go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful experience.

Went with my spouse and the place being completely private gave us time to enjoy each other’s company & have a quality time together. Special thanks to the cook for delicious and homemade food. Would love to visit again and recommend the place to all my friends & family members. Peace 🕊️

While getting to the river requires a short but slightly challenging downhill trek, it's completely worth it for the breathtaking experience. The food here is delicious, and our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay even more special. Surrounded by snowy mountains and away from the crowds, this place truly feels like a hidden paradise. Every moment here was magical, and we can't wait to visit again!

The property is ideally located to provide stunning views in the early mornings and late evenings. We spent two days in Nathan, and we had already heard good things about Nirvana from our previous Airbnb hosts before we even reached the place. Shilpi, Sukhbir, and Anu bhai ensured we had a peaceful stay. We also ate delicious home cooked food, and Shilpi was always a message or call away. If you want tranquility, peace, and some time away from the mundanity of everyday life, this place is perfect.
