We booked this place for a bachelor party. We were 8 people, the place is really suitable for hosting a group of friends. Billiards is a real asset. The bedrooms in a row are very friendly with two stairs so as not to disturb your room neighbors. The location is perfect, you can enjoy a beautiful exterior without worrying about noise (no neighbors). You have enough to park at least 5 cars. I would highly recommend this listing.

I recently stayed at Vincent's flat in Rouen and was thoroughly impressed. The accommodation strikes that rare perfect balance - tastefully decorated with character features while being clean and modern. The bath tub was a particular highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being just steps away from excellent restaurants, the location remains wonderfully quiet and tucked away. The flat served as an ideal base for exploring Rouen's historic centre. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic accommodation with all the contemporary comforts in this beautiful city.

We had a lovely time in Lyons la forêt, the cottage is welcoming, quiet and functional. the environment is charming, with a view of the forest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pascale is a discreet and efficient host. I highly recommend it!

Spontaneous beaching at Estelle (car breakdown on our way home), which welcomed us warmly. The apartment offers plenty of space, is clean and lovingly furnished. In Aumale, everything is within walking distance. The supermarket is in front of the door and the outdoor swimming pool 100m away.

Delphine’s gîte in Boissay was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. After two years of touring Europe our stay at the property was everything we could have hoped for. Delphine is both attentive but inconspicuous. We loved the peace and quiet and the property has everything you might need - being very well appointed. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and gives you absolute peace and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Thanks Delphine 🙏🏻

We had a great time at Laurent’s place. The house was very cosy and had a lot of character. Laurent was very flexible regarding the check in and check out time. We found everything we needed at the house I told Laurent that we are amateurs of wine he went and bought new glasses before we checked in, it was a great gesture Thank you for your hospitality and till next time.

We had a pleasant stay in the cottage! We had to heat up in the fireplace but everything was available and clear explanations to be able to do so. The kitchen has all the necessary condiments and appliances (except the oven not working) to cook. The bathroom is clean and functional! The room is just as clean with good bedding. The surroundings are very beautiful to see, an immersion in the countryside and in the owners' nursery. We were able to use the barbecue with the tools and charcoal available. The setting is really beautiful and allows you to decompress. We had privacy even if there are farmers who can come for the fields nearby. Finally, the view of the lake is very pretty and relaxing and our hosts are very welcoming and willing to discuss the estate, the surroundings and places to visit!

We visited with 2 young children and the place was perfect. There were lots of toys for the children, and useful items like cots, a baby bath, and high chairs. The place was spacious and quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very at home and would stay again. The host was very kind and responsive to messages and checked in regularly.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We had a wonderful weekend at Catherine's! The welcome was perfect and Catherine's little touches were in her image, warm. A bottle of cider, jam and fresh eggs were waiting for us. Catherine had even prepared a fire for us, we just had to light the match. The house is charming and the garden is beautiful. Catherine is exceptionally kind. We will come back without hesitation!
