the location easy to find the communicative host. the house looks exactly like a pictures , super equipped,parking was on the sidewalk , the beach close,restaurants in the area ,supermarket,pharmacy.

We had everything we needed, our stay was as pleasant as it could be, lots of fun and things to do in Virnitsa and Varna. There are lots of spectacular views and natural views really close, our longest trip was 1 hour car ride but definitely worth it. Will stay again in the future.

Gancho was a lovely host, he was welcoming and gave us clear information using his phone to translate and bridge the language barrier. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the small apartment, it was clean and met our needs perfectly. The place is across the road from the beach and not far from the Main Street of shops. Lovely place to stay, lovely host.

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Very spacious and very clean villa. The swimming pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Such a peaceful stay with a beautiful yard and the house is very cozy and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

Awesome spot in Varna. Very nice location, close to the city center, only 20 minute walk plus public transport available. Parking space available around the building. Check in was very flexible and the apartment was nice and very tidy. I absolutely recommend the place!

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment, with a well equipped kitchen and good wifi. Supermarkets, banks, park, all within a 5 minute walk. Olena responded very fast to any questions, and was very helpful. I would stay here again.

The place met my expectations, everything was phenomenal, except it was quite loud because the elevator is located right next to the wall of the apartment, and every time someone was using it you could hear it from the apartment. But everything else was very nice)

I was alone 24 days, in this place in Verna.-Quite a small studio, 3.5th floor without elevator, for me it was great, everything was excellent, the location is excellent, the owner is nice and does not skimp on all the little things that are important to the guest for longer stay then 2-3 days Washing machine, oven, stove, excellent fan, air conditioner, comfortable bedding, the studio is very clean, shower a bit small and crowded, but fine.the studio suitable for one or two people, no more. The .price is not the cheapest one
