Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

Centrally located accommodation right between the city center and grisslinge sea swimming. Newly renovated house in the old style divided into 60 square meters plus large loft. Full equipped kitchen. Several patios in all directions, large heated pool (June-September), hot tub hot all year round ,barbecue, etc. Bathrobe distance to Värmdö's largest beach,with cafe , bakery, food truck, sweets, ice cream, etc . Or go down to the area's own little beach.

A great beach property with amazing sea view, pool, a small private beach, with an amazing big sauna, and jetty, in the outer archipelago of Stockholm, 40 minutes from Stockholm city . Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year. All conveniences with wholly equipped kitchen, bbq, cable tv, internet, games, etc. Heated pool from early June until early September. Great spot for fishing, hiking, golf, sailing, boating.
