You have your own bathroom with your own entrance in the big house 25 meters from the lake house. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Find peace and quiet and face the adventure of this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours away from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and sits on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago consisting mostly of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise here, only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, the own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (Everything is included in the rental rental rental rental rental).

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Walking distance to Grisslinge Havsbad and convenient connections, about 25 minutes by bus to Slussen. Now there is also a boat from the house to Stockholm city. No visits by non booked guests can be allowed. Here you come both by bus from Slussen or by Vaxholm boat in about 1 hour from the city. Here you have access to dock and swimming, fishing, borrowing a boat with small motor, canoes, bikes, optimist dinghies, etc. on request. The private porch view is worth a lot.
