Beachfront vacation rentals in Varkala

I felt at home immediately am so grateful to stay with Prema and Sanjiv. They welcomed me in to new year festivities and are so kind and peaceful. All fabulous facilities and friendship. I truly appreciate having water therapy sessions with Prema and space in the yoga shells to practise. Hoping to come again next year.

From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the sheer beauty of this place. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating an ambiance that was both elegant and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but this was by far one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. The space was spotless, and every amenity was provided with the guest's comfort in mind. The host went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The staff is exceptional too. Mani is a wonderful host and everyone working there is very helpful and dedicated. We visited in the off season and so the location and beach area was not at its best. Due to the monsoon the beach was closed. The accommodation was comfortable and as described. The light in the room is less than we are used to mainly because there is only one window at the end of the room. The breakfasts were wonderful and prepared fresh. Thanks Mani and all the best for the future.

I loved the accommodation and had a wonderful time. I would book there again at any time. And can only warmly recommend the accommodation. I felt like I was visiting friends a lot.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay at Kovalam beach house. Location is close to major attractions. Place was impeccably clean and comfortable. Hosts (Rahul and Siddharth) were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. They arranged everything needed to make vacation memorable. They guided for local sightseeing and cuisine. Highly recommend to any future traveller.

Hannah was an exceptional host. She provided recommendations for good places to eat some Ayurvedic centers to visit if we were interested in that. She was always available to answer any questions that we had to offer suggestions for activities. She also helped us arrange an auto to go to the train station and helped me out with the medication when I got sick Five minute walk to the beach and in a good location around many shops and restaurants. House itself is located in a very beautiful surrounding with lots of trees. You wake up with the birds and she puts a lot of details in the decoration of the room and also the garden she has a yoga hall there Very convenient if you’re interested in doing yoga or any movement in the morning. the only negative thing that we could say was that the bed was quite firm and there is no air-conditioning only a fan, but it is what it is. And we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience staying at Kanishk’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to nearby attractions, restaurants etc. making it easy to explore the area. The little touches, like subscriptions to all major OTT platforms made the stay feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Varkala. I would absolutely stay here again!

I had great stay!!..The place was wonderful and truly we enjoyed the time there. The airbnb was at the prime location and had easy access to north cliff. They even had a rental scooter facilities. The host was kind and understanding.

Had a great stay at Maadathil Cottages. This property is tucked away in a beautiful part of Varkala away from the hustle and bustle but still with easy access to everything. The cottage was spacious and clean with hot water and a great AC. The view of the sea is simply amazing and it’s just steps away from a sort of private enclosed part of the beach. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and responsive too. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Thank you Mujahir!

Privasea Villa is a treasure home facing the Eduva beach in Varkala. You can hear the sound of waves while sleeping which is like a pleasant lullaby. The beach which is a 2 minute walk is almost like a private beach with hardly any persons. While sitting in the terrace and having a drink and food during dinner time we felt water drops falling on us. When we checked with caretaker he said they are spray from the sea water and we felt sheepish after that.😉 that we could not recognise it. The caretaker Ansaf is soft spoken and made good breakfast for us. He is unobtrusive and when called by phone comes within two minutes. We were two couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The next time we plan a visit to Varkala without a shadow of doubt we will plan to stay at Privasea Villa. This is a hidden gem waiting to be explored. The owner Benny is extremely responsive and reverted back quickly with info required. Whether it is amenities or local sightseeing he helps.👌👍👏🏼👏🏼. Keep

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!

If you are a group of 5 to 10 this house is the best place for vacation, superpeace full, no crowd at all. the beach is only 20 steps away, you can have some quality evenings with your group. caretaker was polite and helpfull.
