Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

We had a great time in the accomodation situated in a small historic mountain village with a stunning view on lake Lugano. Thanks to our friendly hosts everything went smooth and easy. Hiking trails and delicious Restaurants nearby. Many helpful hints on local activities were provided by the hosts.

Pretty picturesque house on the heights of the city with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, located in a typical and charming Italian neighborhood and also on the edge of nature. It is also very well located for visiting the Maggiore and Orta Lakes. The house is certainly old but has all modern comforts. This place is reserved for people in good physical shape sinceafter climbing a small slope to get there, there are still steps to climb!!! Cristina is very helpful, good advice and responsive. This is an address that we highly recommend.

The house we rented in Italy was clean and in an excellent location for excursions. It provided easy access to various attractions, making it ideal for day trips. We all felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of cleanliness and convenience contributed to a pleasant experience for everyone.

Enrica's place is the best I've stayed for this trip. The kitchen was fully equipt, as was the bathroom. Both of these were in pristine condition; very clean and organised. I particularly loved the little touches i.e, paintings by Enrica and cute items, which were strategically place in the apartment. Enrica communicated clearly a day before check-in to ensure that I knew how to get into the house. Enrica and family are very hospitable people and made sure I felt at home. I recommend Enrica's place to everyone, without doubt.

Our group of six adults had one of the most amazing stays of our lives in this place. The hillside location made walking a challenge, but the view from rooms and outside terrace was incredible. Our last night, we had a hillside view of fireworks over the lake just as we were heading to bed! The place was as good as described, and being there was as wonderful as we'd hoped. Jennifer was great at communicating in the months and weeks before our arrival, offering helpful information. She connected us with a private boat tour that was one of the highlights of our stay. Her husband Nico greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome, giving us clear instructions and a tour of the house. He told us about a local supermarket where we could get supplies--then drove some of our party to and from the market, pointing out recommended restaurants and sites along the way! One of the best stays ever; can't recommend it highly enough.

The apartment looks exactly the way it looks at the photos. Excellent location and good size for two people. Pietro was very helpful, gave us the opprotunity of early check in and late check out which made our lives much easier. Neat place, safe building, great host. The location is well-connected to tram, metro, and taxi stations. If you are looking to stay in Milan outside the hectic downtown, this is your place. The apartment is modern and super pretty, spotless, with great amenities and an elevator. Holovan and the team were prompt in answering our messages. We stayed 4 nights with 6 people, and everyone loved the place. It has a little terrace that faces a nice park; from the 6th floor, there is a nice view and some great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend Holovan’s place!

Great location just a 10-minute walk from the Duomo, with easy access to public transport like trams and the metro. The communication with the owner was seamless, and the place was incredibly clean. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Milan!

The apartment is in a great location close to the ferry, and close to the central part of Varenna where restaurants and bars and grocery shops are. Also close to the Monastero gardens, and the path up to the castle. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, living area, outside deck area, kitchen, small porch, full bathroom. It is off the main street so is very quiet. At this time of year in November many places are closed so need to check what is open. The ferry across to Bellagio is well worth the trip with boats running almost every 30 minutes.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

Their place was so perfect for our stay in Como. It was walkable to the lake and to shops/restaurants. The place was clean and exactly like the description. They were super responsive and helpful. Overall amazing stay would definitely recommend!!

The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The house is so peaceful, beautiful and comfortable for our family holiday. Surprisingly the house has a cellar with some lovely wine which we kept as souvenir!

Interior design Bijou. Direct staircase from the apartment to the lake is ideal for cold water swimming. Then warm up at the fireplace. Brilliant room layout with retreats. If you can celebrate Christmas in Sebastian's Logis, you don't need gifts under the tree.
