Accommodation ideally located in the historic center of Alassio and very very close to the sea and beach. Everything is as described by the host. We recommend.

Simone was an excellent host, always available, always super friendly, attentive, generous and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at Francesco's apt. It was within walking distance from the main train station, the apt itself was spacious, and it was really easy to walk to various parts of Molo, Porto Antico, and more. I was very comfortable during my stay, and the rooftop terrace was an especially nice touch.

the house is very nice, equipped with everything you need, double bathroom, air conditioning. The location is great for both the sea and the amenities, two minutes by clock and you are on the beach! Despite being in the center, it remains quiet because it overlooks an internal courtyard. Jessica is very kind and helpful. Really great for Diano the value for money.

Cute studio inside the old port, nice terrace overlooking the harbor side, convenient location with cafe (and supermarket) just outside. Highly recommend!

newly renovated modern apartment as described in the listing, a very quiet area a few minutes from the sea. Mr. Davide and Mrs. Tiziana were very friendly and kind, surely if I have the opportunity to return, I will know who to turn to.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. They go above and beyond to make sure the place feels like a second home, from fresh fruits to fresh sheets, and a dog-bed and bowls for our dog. The beautiful and fully fenced garden where our dog could roam free was the cherry on top of the cake. Dario was absolutely wonderful in welcoming us and our dog personally as we arrived, letting us park the car inside the property, and providing recommendations for restaurants, towns and attractions nearby and being available for any questions while being absolutely discreet. Thank you for the lovely goodbye gift, we will surely be back. Absolutely deserves 5-stars if not more.

A really great apartment on the 3rd floor of a palazzo, built in 1926, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The large terrace has a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the rooftops of the surrounding houses. Kitchen and bathroom are top modern and very well equipped. The parquet floor supports the living atmosphere, so you feel at home immediately. The apartment is well maintained and highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

I stayed with my son and parents for a week. We had a very good time, both for the accommodation and for the location: close to the beach with a parking space and a bike path. Recommended apartment. Giulia was very kind and helpful.

CoZy House was everything that the profile on Airbnb had promised. It was easy to find, very close to Boccadasse beach, clean, well equipped and with local recommendations too. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were ample (especially the revamped ensuite) and the kitchen was comfortable for cooking and dining. We enjoyed the takeaway pizza from Antico Borgo, foccaccia from A Pestun'a Cu-a Sa and gelato from Amedeo Antica Gelateria. The bus & train info was spot-on too and we successfully caught the no.31, no.42 and a train from Genova Sturla. We are frequent visitors to Genova and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

My family (two adults, one child) had a wonderful stay at Teresa's apartment. It was the perfect place to explore the area around Genoa—we loved Recco and Bogliasco, and had a beautiful day riding the ferry to San Fruttuoso. Teresa was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. She also had some great recommendations for our short visit. We recommend this apartment!

The place is well located, in front is a large green area, which was important to us as we are traveling with a dog. There are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was clean and quiet as windows went to the courtyard. With the windows closed, you hardly heard the street. The bathroom was very nice and also the kitchen very well equipped. Lorenzo was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to messages.

We've booked this gorgeous beachfront place. The host is a wonderful person, attentive, kind and super helpful. The neighbors are adorable and hospitable. Every now and then she asked if we were doing well and if everything was to our liking. During the vacation, unfortunately the TV stopped working and a new one was promptly delivered to the home. The highlight and central point of the accommodation is definitely the terrace where you can relax, have meals together, let the children play, sunbathe or enjoy the cloudy days hearing the sound of the sea. In the center you can't always enjoy the relaxing morning silence, but the noises are not annoying. Also, being inside you can't hear anything and you can relax watching a movie on the very comfortable sofa with reclining armchair that we loved. The building is very clean. Spaces are great and well managed. Thank you Andrea, we have been home for 2 hours, but Loano and your terrace are already missing immensely!

The accommodation offers everything necessary for a few days' stay. Valerio personally picked me up at the Metrò and gave me a lot of information. The studio is very close to the stop and could not be better located. Everything is within walking distance: the aquarium and the old port, the historic center, shops, restaurants, cafes - just everything. Too bad, I haven't visited Genoa before. Thank you!

It was the best Airbnb I have ever used. I liked the spacious balcony with a really nice sea view, and the bedroom, living room, and kitchen were spacious enough for three people. It was renovated, so all the facilities were new, and it was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, so I was able to rest well. It was about a 10-minute walk to the center of Cogoletto Town, and it was good for long walks and runs on the seaside promenade. It was also really convenient to have a supermarket on the first floor of the building, and I was able to find a spot in the alley where the building is located. Christiano communicated accurately, so self check-in was easy, and he was quick and kind to answer any questions we had. I found this place while planning a trip to Geneva, and I loved the apartment so much that I didn't go to Geneva and just stayed in Cogoletto and rested well. It's a place I would highly recommend to my friends, and I would definitely come back for my next trip to Italy!

Great location and perfect appartment

Adriana's place perfectly met our expectations. The little touches (cool bottle, some regional food products) bring the feeling of being expected with pleasure. The relationship with Alessandro has always been friendly and our solicitations have each received a quick, clear and effective response. The accommodation is very functional and the terrace is really a plus with its splendid sea view. It's a place that exudes calm and serenity and where you can feel really comfortable. Coming by car, the parking space in the condominium is a plus in this area. Bikes made available to enjoy the bike path passing in front of us too.
