Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home located by the beach and forest. About 15 minutes to Karlstad. In the nearby area, there is Segerstad nature reserve at Vänerns beautiful archipelago. Nice forest roads invite hiking and cycling. For the paddle interested, the archipelago is available less than 100 meters from the house. Bredsanden which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, which is secluded and is 200 meters from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license.

Idyllic location with cottage next to the lake with pier, sandy beach & forest around. The forest has large areas with blueberries. Private road in. We have a boat with oars you can use. (Life jacket for children 2 10-20 kg, 1 20-30 kg available and one for dog about 40 kg) We can leave a fishing license, if you want to fish. Please let us know if this is desired before arrival. The cottage is located 25 min to the center of Jönköping. In Jönköping there are many restaurants, sights and shopping centers (asecs).

Remote cottage close to water with sun all day. 15 sqm plus an outhouse. Terrace, dock, and boat contribute to a cozy outdoor environment. A very nice location to experience Bergslagen. Parking available, bus communication 4km away. Kitchen, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, three beds (sleeps 4), outhouse. The tenant is responsible for cleaning on the day of departure. Bed linen + towels are to be brought by the guest. If you do not want to clean, we charge a fee of 500 SEK.

With only 15 minutes drive from Gothenburg you will find this newly renovated, fully equipped apartment on the basement floor. The outdoor area's large grass areas invite you to outdoor activities and relax days in the sun. It is worth noting that we have the floor of the villa (3 adults) but you can rest assured that we respect your privacy for every occasion. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and respected throughout your stay with us.

Nice view of the fields where you can see, for example, wolves, wild boar, deer, elks and red deer. There is also a large and well-kept bird tower just a few hundred meters from the house where you have great views over the wetlands below where especially in the spring it lands many different species of birds land

Wake up with lake view. Good fiber. Newly built bathroom including washing machine. Very well equipped newly renovated kitchen. Four-legged friends are welcome. Air heat pump and AC. Load electric car ( with cost ). In Sweden you can drink tap water.
