This house was everything the description said it was. It was such a nice experience. It was so clean and it felt like home. We will be staying again soon.

Whether you have a pet or not, Keith’s place is the perfect Evansville BnB. Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and NEW— you would never guess that it was pet-friendly! Keith was a rockstar host and we would stay here in the future without hesitation.

House was exactly what we needed for our family of 8. Convenient to downtown Ford Center. Clean and neat. Owners went the extra mile to salt the walk for us during a snow storm. Down the street from the magnificent Turoni’s. Yum. The only negative was we couldn’t get the temperature just right. Parts of house very hot while others very chilly. Not a deal breaker. Still giving five stars and would stay again.

This place was perfect for a short family trip! Enough space for a family of 4, with all the amenities we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful!

This was a perfect spot for us to stay. Love being able to bring our sweet dog. We all slept well. Mainly slept and showered at the home. Comfortable amenities. Kind communicative host. We have family in the area and Evansville is always a nice place to visit. Typically stay with family but needed more space and this home was 3 miles from where we all gathered. Very convenient. Would recommend!

Leslie was very responsive, especially after our car broke down and we arrived hours later than we thought. Her instructions were very helpful. The couch and chairs in the living area were very comfortable. And the place was very clean. The bottom bunkbed, while a full bed, was not that comfortable for an adult, but we may do.

Our stay was unusual, in that we live two blocks away, but suddenly found ourselves without power for days in the middle of an ice storm. Scrambling for a place for 4 adults and 2 small dogs, I remembered having seen the listing for the Hobbit House, and sent a message to see if they had power and would accept us on such short notice. They generously agreed to host us and we moved in within an hour or two. Even with no notice, we felt welcomed and pampered. While we normally wouldn’t choose a place with all the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor, once we got settled it worked out well. We really appreciated all the thoughtfulness displayed, from treats to providing anything we needed for coffee, for showers, for relaxing with a game, for trying to work remotely. When we needed to extend our stay from two nights to five, again, it was generously permitted. I love knowing such a welcoming place is in our neighborhood.

Reeva was an amazing host and her place was amazing as well. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, felt safe and secure. The home was beautiful, the bed is super comfy, and the shower is the cherry on top. Very nice large, fully equipped shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided, as well as super soft towels. I love this space, it’s great for quick travel. Even for extended stays. As long as you don’t need a full kitchen to cook in. The kitchenette will suffice if you will be dining out as there is no oven or full size fridge which is displayed accurately in the photos. The area had been cold, and Reeva asked if I would like the space heater in the bedroom going to warm the bedroom for my arrival, which was a very nice gesture. She communicated quickly and thoroughly and you cannot beat the price! No complaints on this experience what so ever.

Pictures do not do this place justice! Simply stunning! Felt just like home! Thankful for such a wonderful place for my family to stay and enjoy all the Henderson has to offer. Could not ask for better hosts!

The place was peaceful and amazing!

This was my first time back in Indiana since years and i definitely had a wonderful time and experience especially in Justin’s Airbnb! Very clean and peaceful, the neighborhood is so calm and pretty as well. Missed seeing fireflies and the lovely houses around us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone interested !

The house is in a great location near U of E. The whole house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

We rented six condos for my daughter’s wedding weekend in Evansville. All of the family staying there were super impressed with them!! This will be our go to pace to stay when traveling to Evansville from now on!

Place was as described. Nice for one or two people. It’s great to have a washer and dryer as well as a kitchen. Jackson was a great host and was really responsive. A few minor things could be fixed like the bedroom door, but overall it’s pretty nice. The heat went out at one point but Jackson was nice enough to give me a portable heater and was quick to fix the issue. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed for a week during the fall festival this apartment was spotless and very modern. The beds were super comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful we will definitely stay there again
