We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and I especially appreciated the gas stove, which made cooking a breeze. The closed back patio with lights and a cozy seating area was a highlight, a great spot to relax in the evenings. The kids liked the snacks you left, thank you.

Great house for multiple family members to stay while in Evansville. Three bathrooms were very much appreciated as was the motion lighting in the kitchen and on the stairs.

Home was amazing, me and my family felt comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Kathleen was very helpful. Nice place for grandchildren and my fur babies. The fenced back yard was beautiful. Watched sunrise thru the trees. Will definitely be staying again!

Rudolph has a cozy cottage that was chocked full of amenities and extras!! It was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, and, made the weary traveler feel like they were “home for the holidays!!”

Our family stayed here over Christmas in order to stay near my dad while in ICU. This loft was stunning! It was very clean, roomy & inviting, and despite being downtown (& close to the yummiest fried brussels sprouts @ Hometown Roots), it was also very private & quiet! The master shower was amazing & helped ease the daily stress of the situation/holidays! Curt & Emily were more than accommodating…even when I failed to read the fine print regarding our fur babies! This is the second time I’ve stayed in one of their properties and both times I’ve left more than satisfied! My husband and I will certainly return to the Brokerage for a long weekend once we’re in a better season! We so appreciate your hospitality!!

The house is in a great location near U of E. The whole house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Stayed during Christmas to see family in Evansville, no complaints about anything regarding my stay! The host was so kind and brought cookies to the Airbnb on Christmas Day. Was responsive and accommodating for me and my dog. Above and beyond and 10/10 would recommend this space and this host! ❤️🎄

This review wasn't about the location but our host. Due to a sick guest, she had to move us to another location. She more than made up for the move. Will definitely book with her again.

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

We rented six condos for my daughter’s wedding weekend in Evansville. All of the family staying there were super impressed with them!! This will be our go to pace to stay when traveling to Evansville from now on!

Place was as described. Nice for one or two people. It’s great to have a washer and dryer as well as a kitchen. Jackson was a great host and was really responsive. A few minor things could be fixed like the bedroom door, but overall it’s pretty nice. The heat went out at one point but Jackson was nice enough to give me a portable heater and was quick to fix the issue. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed for a week during the fall festival this apartment was spotless and very modern. The beds were super comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful we will definitely stay there again
