Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Van Nuys, Los Angeles

Beautiful place to stay, both the Airbnb and the view of downtown. Especially lovely at night. Hot tub is lovely to relax in with a view. Interior is comfortable and squeaky clean. Well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find. Responsive host. Will definitely stay there again when we return to LA.

Adam is an exceptional host - communicative, proactive, and kind. He offered to have an iron mailed over when we realized we didn't have one. He was immediately responsive (in a way that went above and beyond) when we had an issue upon arrival that was out of his control. His primary concern was that we have an incredible experience in his home - and we did. The space is beautiful, large, spotless, well-appointed, and fun to be in. We would absolutely stay here again. And Adam is the best AirBnb host I've encountered.

Stayed in Eddie’s place with my girlfriend and another couple for a wedding and the place was perfect. The kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked, and the backyard was a great get away during downtime. Would highly recommend staying here.

Karen was an absolute wonder of a host. The house was exactly as described and any little hiccups along the way, Karen was super duper quick to respond and resolve our issues. Quiet neighborhood with a variety of restaurants in distance. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Came to Topanga for a family holiday reunion. This home was perfect, very comfortable. Relaxing well equipped. We enjoyed the lovely grounds and yard, so many fun “Topanga” surprises everywhere. Our 6 year old grandson was really excited about all the discoveries around the property, painted rocks, sculptures even peacocks. We all enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood, and an evening soak in the hot tub capped off the day. Thanks for sharing this wonderful place, we will return!

This was my fourth stay at Liza’s wonderful villa. I Liza continues to do a great job at making it a comfortable home away from home. I can’t say enough great things about her place! Love it!

Beautiful, quiet location in the hills. We loved coming back to the house each day and enjoying the incredible views, sunrises and sunsets, and the hot tub with the view. House had plenty of room for our family and kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend the location.

Place was great and minutes from Disneyland. Yan communicated right away on things. Pool was a plus for kids after a long day walking the park. Thanks again and we’ll be back

Great place to stay. They provided lots to do at home from board games & arcade machines to the pool & hot tub. The place was very clean and taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful neighborhood, great view, peaceful, and responsive host! We were also lucky enough to sample some of the home-grown citrus right off the trees!

This place is absolutely amazing! I have stayed at a lot of homes and this place was truly amazing. I had a large group of 10 people and nobody felt like they were on top of each other. This place was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here and will most definitely be staying again. The host Karen and Nick made us feel so welcome and even gave us a pin to trade at Disney! I would recommend this place to anyone!
