The apartment, as advertised, was spotless. The condo is safe and has many stores nearby and also supermarkets. The stay was comfortable and the host was very friendly. 

Beautiful Depto in the heart of Santiago. Easy to get to and get out everywhere. The consortium has Parquing and safety to leave the vehicle. The concierges are very attentive. Being tall is quiet and super bright with nice views

We really liked the apartment, ideal for a few quiet days as a couple, with shops and supermarkets well nearby and accessible to go on foot.

Excellent location, everything is close on foot and there is a metro station 1 block away so it is easy to get anywhere, the apartment has everything you need, it is a great option to stay if you go to Santiago. Claudia's attention was very good, she was always attentive.

We loved Poliane and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Avenida Italia has many restaurants, shops, cafeterias. While this is outside of the hostess's control, people should be aware that the building allows parties on weekends in the "quinchos" directly below the balcony which can run to at least until 1:30. Unfortunately, we had to experience one of these parties. We had to do our best with white noise to kill the music and noise from the party. We also had a noisy neighbor directly above us. Still, the attention of the hostess was outstanding.

Very friendly and attentive. He gave us very clear recommendations and directions. The clean and tidy apartment. While the space is private, they tend to hear noises from other apartments and from the street (I think it's something from all Lofts of this style). The host is very understanding and flexible. As for the apartment's equipment, just and necessary if you are passing through. Very good overall experience.

Self check-in is especially noteworthy for early morning arrivals, and it has a 24-hour concierge. The host's attention was very good, solving any problems quickly. The apartment has just enough for a short stay. Clean bathroom and hot water working.

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

Arriving, you are surprised by a Clean and Perfumado. The view is amazing with the sound of the sea all the background time. From the decoration of the apartment to the number of appliances they make your stay anything like feeling at home. The location is very good, in a 5to piso. They don't hear noises from vehicles or neighbors. Álvaro responds promptly and kindly any concerns. From when I ask for information before renting to even questions while staying. It really was a wonderful experience! Would definitely be back!

The apartment has everything that you need. In addition, the condominium has numerous free activities for children and adults. In addition to a cafeteria on the premises. Pedro was always attentive to everything.

The apartment is very nice and in a good location. Joel's directions were excellent and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Although we had a problem with the cleanliness of the apartment, Joel was willing to improve that aspect.
