Giuseppe's place was wonderful. the building is very old, from roman times. it is beautiful. the wifi works well. Giuseppe is very kind. a 20 min walk from the Basilica.

Roberto's house is a special experience. A home with attention to detail, a fine recovery. I fully share the appreciations of the other reviews. Viepri is a small village, a nutritious stop in the de rerum nature. In the village you can rent electric bikes or Vespes. Thank you Roberto for giving the opportunity to stay in Viepri in a home like yours.

Piera is the hostess that we all would like to find when we arrive at a place not at home. It's her who makes you feel at home and hosted as if you were part of the family. Great tips about the area and what to eat and see. It was a pleasure for me, highly recommended

My boyfriend and I stayed at Melarancino with our 5-month-old dog Nala. The house has everything you need as well as a great outdoor space for the dog. Alessio was a very kind and helpful host: he allowed us to arrive before the standard check-in time and to stay even after the checkout time. The house is also very close to L'Aquila and Campo Felice.

Large apartment, with parquet Clean environment, with decor that tells a little history, really nice Centrally located apartment, within the historic center and the Ztl Serena was very welcoming, she also arranged for us another room as a courtesy (she thought we were a couple) Also recommended for multiple days

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

We arrived at the house a little late, and there was Tiziana waiting for us with a smile, some cookies and an aperitif. The Halloween set house🎃, my kids were amazed. The house is of high quality and well cared for. Many royalties to enjoy, coffee, jam, milk, buns, in short, we didn't realize everything. We really would have liked to stay forever. It was a great stay at the Casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry ones, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the land is sloping, it did not create any difficulty for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

The house is spacious and with everything you need. Tiziana and Fabrizio were always available, kind and respectful. The house is on a residential street but a few minutes by car there are great restaurants where you can dine at great prices. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There are steps to get in, but we with a little girl had no problem.

Everything was perfect! My family and I have Christmas at this villa and we had a great time! We felt right at home! The villa is very nice and the owners were super kind to us, they allowed us to check in early and for any questions they responded instantly through messages. We found a small gift under the tree, breakfast cookies, and the house was heated to the right spot. What can I say….. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property !😊

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Extremely friendly owner and available for anything. The location of the house is great for walking around Todi, there are many restaurants, bars and shops of various kinds nearby. The apartment is clean and full of every comfort. Absolutely recommend.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay
