Great! We (family of 5) felt right at home. Gary & Annalisa were always there for us with tips and assistance. It was great: great location, great space, sparkling clean, wonderful hosts. From the house you can walk to the city and use all public transport to get to the beautiful cities in the area (Florence, Lucca, sea). We will be back:-)!

Thr communication began as soon as I made my booking so I felt very comfortable especially as an older solo female traveller. I loved staying far enough from the tourist area yet everywhere was a comfortable walking distance. I was here to write so the space was perfect for me and very quiet. The space was very clean and I enjoyed using the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable- highly recommend especially for a single person. Great eateries close by & I felt very safe. Thankyou

Very nice property close to everything but far enough to have a quiet stay. Nice view, garden and pool. Monica made us dessert which was a plus.

Sergio is a super host. He is very hospitable and very quick on responding to any requests. The place was very clean and had everything necessary for our stay. The apartment is in a building near the city center. The apartment is within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Firenze. If we go back to Firenze we would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Clean, modern and excellent air con!

It’s a lovely place, furnished with a good taste and equipped with all I needed during my stay. A beautiful Montecuccolo castle is within walking distance by one of CAI route, and, overall, the area is full of nicely labelled hiking trailes.

We had a great time and can recommend the place to everyone. There were four of us visiting as a family and we felt very comfortable. Everything is as in the photos and you are immediately in the middle of beautiful Sarzana. Thank you Francesca for your friendly welcome and tips! We would have liked to have stayed longer!

Giorgio and Bernadetta’s stylish place is a very lovely location to stay at. It’s enough out of the way to avoid the throngs of tourists, but within walking distance of the Uffizi, the Gallerie dell’Accademia, the Duomo, and other sites. All the appliances and amenities were as listed, and they even had a toaster (so far a “first” of the six B&B’s we have stayed in Italy. It’s in a quiet courtyard next to a really good pizzeria, and there are several other great restaurants nearby as well. We were really happy with our stay.
