Second time staying here. Cindy was very good at taking care of any issues that came up. Beautiful views, peaceful and private. Not far from town.

We LOVED our stay! It is the perfect location- 10min away from town and about 20min away from purgatory. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable for a family to enjoy!

When we were supposed to arrive, there was a mishap with her cleaners not showing up, she got right on it, was very apologetic even though it was out of her control. She was very helpful, caring and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for our stay. As far as a host goes I couldn't sing her praises much more. This was our first time using Air BNB and it was only a positive experience, she communicated well and made sure everything was right. Simply amazing

Perfect little Bed and Breakfast. It was a great starting point for lots of things to do in the area. The hosts were great and provided a wonderful homemade breakfast each morning. We enjoyed their lovely property!

Craig was a great host! Very communicative and chill. The place was a perfect location for skiing at Purgatory. It was so nice to have the shuttle come right to our door. Our favorite feature was the hot tub. The only downfall was the hard water leaves a chalky feeling on everything. Other than that, everything was great!

This place is so gorgeous and taken care of so well by the Hosts! The hot tub was clean and easily usable and close to the house! Covered parking and a pet kennel outside was so nice as well!! The kitchen was well equipped as well making for a great dinner with everyone!! I would most definitely recommend booking here for your Pagosa Springs trip!! we look forward to staying here again one day!

It was my first time glamping with my daughter for our birthday trip and we had the best time ever! I will definitely be coming back as much as I possibly can! Thank you for being so wonderful and giving us the best birthday trip ever!

We came into town for a family wedding, and this place was just what we needed. It was cozy, clean, and super comfortable for us and our two little ones. We felt right at home. Aliya went above and beyond with a thoughtful list of family-friendly restaurants, local spots, and helpful tips that made our stay even smoother. It was the perfect home base for our family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice being outside of town. We traveled with two kids and loved that we felt safe and things were quiet. The pool was a big hit with out oldest and made for a relaxing time after driving all over.
