Cottage with sauna and hot tub

Me, my wife and two young boys had a great time at Helen's place. It is a huge plot with a lovely outside area, fantastic pond to swim in and hot tub and sauna. There were at least 3 outside cooking areas to choose from and the boys loved the playhouse and slide. We stayed in a few places in Estonia and Latvia and the best thing about Helen's was that the sauna and hot tub were included (as was the wood). Everywhere else we had been the use costed extra and this was a great bonus. The location is very quiet and peaceful but still close enough to local shops and nice walks in the national park. Would stay again!

Very cozy and clean apartment, which completely matches the pictures. Absolutely worth the money! I really appreciated that there is a parking lot right outside, as well as how close the apartment is to the bus/coach station. Vaidor is a great host - special thanks to him for approving such a late reservation & a late check-in. Something to note: the check-in is in-person.

Absolutely gorgeous place... Private, quiet, peaceful (except for the August mosquitos) and somehow even looks better in person than the photos. Perfect for a couple. I would advise 2 nights minimum to settle in so you can fully enjoy. Charcoal BBQ and wood-burning sauna worked great and were really fun to figure out and make use of. Highly advise bringing BBQ food. We were scared of the aggressive mosquitos initially and stayed inside the first night, but the repellent-spray provided by Helen worked like magic (and actually smells nice) allowing us to enjoy the amenities outside. Self check-in/out was very flexible, easy and private. Instructions (for place) and guides (for region) provided by Helen were quite thorough and very helpful. Echo studio speaker was great for music (and we didn't have to worry about neighbours hearing). Smart-glass (switch to make windows opaque or clear instantly) was very cool.

Really a great place to stay for exploring the Otepää area. The place is lovely, the views amazing and the hot-tub is a great addition for the evenings! Communication with Hindrek and Liina was smooth and they had great tips for the area!

Incredibly beautiful place, right by the lake. Very quiet and serene. We enjoyed the view, warm sauna and dipping in the lake afterwards. The weather was warm, so we didn’t get to lighting the fireplace. Definitely coming back in winter.

New & Unique Tiny House getaway in the nature

Gorgeous and comfy tiny house. Clean and tidy. It was the perfect getaway for a couple of days. It was nice walking around the property and a quick drive to hikes nearby. The sauna was really charming! I would gladly recommend this airbnb to friends and family. It was hard to leave! I can't wait to be back in Estonia and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

All good. I give 4 and not 5 because of the place but the weather (rained all the time), hence I feel I paid too much… Also we had a tiny issue with bedding. The place had many games and equipment, very well furnished!

We spent a peaceful New Year's Eve in the house with six groups. The house matched the descriptions and was clean and beautiful. I highly recommend the accommodation. Good on site and the sauna (with the ice hole) was nice!

Otepää Külmalätte Hunting House

We spend a very nice weekend at this small building in the middle of the woods. Romek was a very good host, who helped us with his car (we got stuck once, the road is a bit tricky to drive when it is raining a lot), also he prepared a loveley smoke sauna and answered all questions we ever had. The hut is in the middle of a clearing surrounded by forest, a small stream and small old ruins. There are many wild birds and also beavers closeby to watch, a fireplace and grill outside and a fireplace inside. The hut is very comfortable and cosy. We will definitly consider coming again. :-)

The house was very beautiful and homey. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet, and private. There were things on site to grill, make a sauna, and take some time off. We were very satisfied with everything.
