Everything was correct and very clean, the stay was very pleasant and we were attended to phenomenal throughout the stay, great breakfasts, varied and copious. Being located very close to the center, it greatly facilitated the commuting. We stayed seven people and two pets (medium dogs). Highly recommended

Beautiful house, ideal for a weekend with friends or family and even better if it's good weather to enjoy the terrace and pool. I really liked that the rooms were in another area in the living room-kitchen, it was very comfortable especially for those who went with small children. Very large rooms with full bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed it very much, it is a place to repeat without a doubt and Inma was very friendly and helpful at all times, we had a small problem that resolved us quickly.

The house is as described, with everything you need and care. Luis called us before arriving to make sure to be there to show us how everything worked. We were lucky to not have to share the pool which allowed us to enjoy the house even more. It is in a very quiet location, approx. 5 Km from Ávila city. We had a great time and felt right at home.

Very nice and cozy stay

We were 10 friends at the house and we were afraid that the space would be tight, but it was the opposite. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room too, and everything was very clean. We took a walk through the village until we reached a farm, we liked to take a stroll. It's quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Alba's house is perfect, it has everything you need. Alba is always ahead of anything you might need in a house. You go from your home to feeling like it's your own, and above all in an idyllic enclave with fabulous views, which makes it the ideal place to rest and disconnect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. In addition to all this, they allow pets with a fenced garden that makes it easy for them to have fun without leaving. Although the entire development is perfect for your walks. What more could you want from a place to stay?

Everything's fine. It's a perfect place to spend a few quiet days. Swimming pool (if you go in summer, it was not my case), barbecue and beer tap. Very close to La Granja de San Ildefonso

A very cool house to relax for a few days with very nice views

The house is beautiful and impeccable. It gave us a lot of facilities. Communication with Fabiola has been very easy and has given us good local recommendations.

The house was just what we were looking for to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The exceptional plot area with its barbecue and in the basement a play area for the kids. Everything was very clean, and we had all kinds of kitchenware. Jose Maria was attentive at all times. Would recommend 💯

Wonderful experience in the heart of nature. The house is cozy, clean and perfectly equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are spectacular, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, always available for any questions or recommendations. The house is great, it has everything you need, especially to go with children since it has a foosball table, ping pong, rackets... and it's well heated, which is appreciated. Apart from breakfast, his mother treated us to a delicious lemon sponge cake. The area is wonderful, very quiet. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

We have had a spectacular end. The house is just as it appears in the photos and the land is huge. There is a perfect tranquility and intimacy for a weekend between friends. Tito is very hospitable and friendly. Sorry for the rain, we will try to come back to enjoy the pool.

Wonderful experience. Juan Luis had the house warmed up for the cold weather. The house is spacious and more than enough for 6 people; very comfortable and cozy. We loved it! In addition, the house is conveniently located: you can practically park at the door.
