Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Valbonne

Aude’s villa is a fantastic place to stay for any family. We have a 2 year old daughter and it had everything she could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is large enough to do a proper swim and the table tennis kept us busy all night long! Being able to have a bbq outside each night whilst taking in the spectacular views was also particularly special! The villa is set in a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful in the hills of Tourette’s Sur Loup. However, you are only a 7 minute drive from the town where you can find lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Agnes was extremely communicative and if we needed any questions answering she was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year! Thank you Aude for allowing us to stay in your incredible villa.

Friendly stay and friendly and accommodating host for our arrival, very nice home.

Perfect villa for a stay with friends and family, the pool is a good size . The house is very convenient. Communication with the caretaker went very well. I would highly recommend it.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

The beautiful views and central location is complimented by the equally comfortable and well stocked house. This was our first visit to Antibes and will definitely be visiting again and will stay here! Super close to all things around and a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful, unique. we spent time during Christmas time and we had an amazing weather, the use of the kitchen at the swimming pool was great and now have great memories. although we might have felt a little cold in the evening, the fireplace made our stay warm and cosy. thanks for the clear instructions.

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

For the second year in a row we have just spent 35 nights in Cecilia’s lovely apartment and once again it was absolutely perfect! After a busy day of exploring Nice or the many nearby towns and villages it was always so relaxing to return “home” knowing that everything we needed was right there. No need to go back out if you didn’t want to. The apartment is certainly really well maintained and even though it was perfect when we left last year we could see that some painting had been done and some taps had been replaced. Thank you Cecilia for another wonderful stay!

Pierre Andre was easy to talk with, he met us at the apartment for the check in. Gave us a small tour of the apartment. Apartment was nice, rooms were big enough to feel confortable. All was clean. Good location near the train station if you want to travel around by train, which we did to Monaco, Menton, Antibes... 20min walk to the old town and the promenade des anglais with our kids. Just you have to walk the entire shopping avenue with a lot of people. Was boring after couple of days to walk this avenue with our kids with all the people around. But we knew about that and many won't be disturb about that, just personal opinion. Otherwise plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Big kudos for this place :)

Charming apartment with all amenities at the heart of Saint Paul de Vence, perfect for a romantic stay. As soon as the dark comes, the city gets empty and makes it more enjoyable for the few privileged people staying over night (at least in December). The host is very friendly and responsive and gives good advice on the places to go to. We will certainly come back!

Beautiful and cozy apartment. This is the second time we have always booked here for the Christmas holidays. Out of the chaos of Cannes, you can walk 20/30 minutes. Warm and lumish house. Spacious, perfect for 4 people

Our stay in Nice was wonderful. Charlotte’s spacious unit was looking directly over the harbor and right next to the team stop which allowed such easy access to all of Nice. Catherine greeted us on arrival and gave us a full tour of the apartment and was super helpful and friendly. Such a great experience

A great two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Nice. It's walking distance to everything you need. Quiet street, great view from the windows. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea. Simon, a great host, will always help with everything you need, give recommendations for recreation and entertainment and is always ready to help. I spent a wonderful month in this apartment. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything is perfect. Christophe and Emmanuelle are welcoming, responsive and accommodating hosts. The apartment on the ground floor of a house is very good, quiet with private parking and outdoor spaces. Close to all amenities, 20mn walk to the beach and the Croisette. I highly recommend. Christophe, Aby and Nikki.

We enjoyed the days in the apartment! It is quiet, spacious, modern sanitary facilities, large rooms, nice balcony with beautiful views and a great kitchen with everything you need. Parking is available in front of the door. Super satisfied! For activities other than hiking, you are in the car for a while.

This is the place to stay if you love France!

I booked the villa for a holiday with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived on site as the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times above what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING YOU need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb or these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are big and have plenty of storage space. The villa is very spaced which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on all floors are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space is just perfect! The outdoor bar totally seduced us and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong... A big thank you for a wonderful stay! Manon and her friends.

Villa d’Azur is exactly as advertised but better. The house is large with plenty of spaces to gather as a group or be by yourself. The grounds are beautiful and view from the back terrace is amazing. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable including the soda bed which we used for a couple of nights when there were eight people in our group. The entire house was recently renovated so everything is modern and works well. Gary is a very responsive host, answering all our questions before booking and providing a complete house manual before our arrival. We had a couple small problems soon after we arrived and he called back within minutes and helped us troubleshoot the issue and sent someone to repair the problem right away

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Alexandre was a welcoming and helpful host, the house is very nice and I think it is perfect for a vacation in any season of the year thanks to the large common spaces both indoor and outdoor, it is also in a beautiful location. I'd be happy to come back.

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
