Extra stay at Lionel's. The location is great, away from the madness of the old town, the estate is located in Paramé, very nice neighborhood, decorative fanions in the surrounding streets, quality shops, pretty church (you can't hear it). The land is sublime, 2 hectares well maintained, clean and well heated pool, there are several cottages quite far from each other within the property. The rented cottage was large on the ground floor and upstairs. A TV on each floor. Gigantic bed (2 meters wide it seems to me), the very fluffy mattress (I loved it). You can move without waking the person next to it. Even if it's written in the listing, note that the toilets are on the ground floor and there aren't any at the top. You have to be woken up to go down the spiral stairs. Lionel is very welcoming, is interesting and offers good advice. We had a lovely stay at his place - thank you so much!

What a privilege to stay in such a complete and beautiful house. Everything was available, everything was clean and all rooms were tastefully decorated. In addition, the house is in a place that is a great starting point for visiting very beautiful tourist places. We are now in the car on our way home and would like to return in a heartbeat; back to this house.

The house is very nice and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. My experience with the kids went great. The kitchen is well equipped, and the place, of absolute calm, is ideal for relaxing as close as possible to nature. The host was extremely kind, responding quickly and with great courtesy. Everything was spotless from beginning to end.

As the listing suggested, this place was especially cute and calm. Sybille and François were very welcoming and accommodating. I totally recommend it.

Steve & Dawn have a lovely house, very clean, comfortable and pleasantly heated. My family and I were so welcome, and so kindly! Even our 6-month-old kitten was quickly comfortable for his first trip. We forgot his croquettes and Steve & Dawn were adorable, having a cat themselves, offered us little croquettes. The extra breakfast is definitely worth it and was delicious. Thank you for everything! The Delrieu Family

We are delighted to have ended our weekend in such a nice place. The location was perfect, we were able to see a beautiful sunset at the level of the meanders with Mont St Michel in the background, accompanied by our 2 Australian shepherds, as I hoped. Dear guests, This country estate within minutes of old St. Malo, Dinard, and vicinity, and an easy escape to Mon St. Michel, is perfect for your stay near everything. Fully equipped, relaxing, charming, and very close-in, Fabienne's place has it all. We stayed three nights and loved this retreat at the end of each day, and also for a short siesta, or lunch in between, or even to lounge for hours surrounded by nature. So close and yet so tranquil ! This is the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return. The house would be a great place to stay for short or long stays. Highly recommended! Don

The place is good for a gathering with friends. The spaces left well which allowed us to make our children sleep peacefully while the adults were dancing. The surrounding countryside is pretty. Suzan is responsive and friendly.
