We were pleasantly hosted by Sophie's mother who was waiting for us when we arrived. Communication with Sophie was smooth and reassuring with clear and precise directions. The loft is clean and comfortable, the bedding is good quality, we enjoyed the access to a small outdoor area, nicely furnished. The neighborhood is lively and quiet, easy to shop Two tram stops from the Part-Dieu station, it's ideal, very easy to reach the center by bus too. In conclusion for us it was absolutely perfect

Pascal has put at my disposal all the essentials for a good quiet spring weekend. The place promises to be even cooler for summer, with its small poolside bodega, and wooden deck. Host clearly concerned about the well-being of his guests A super quiet "retreat", in a corner of nature, only 1 km as the crow flies from the hustle and bustle of the city, but in a clean neighborhood. Easy walking access to Miribel Canal/ bike path /walking path. Without much effort, you can convince your "Date" that there is no need to go into the chaos and fury of Lyon for dinner, as the place is quite romantic as such. 😉🙃 My dog was also welcome, and I had the assurance that he was safe there, as a fully enclosed place, and long walks possible by the canal.

Location, size, and amenities are excellent!! This is a cozy Airbnb in a perfect location. It’s in a historic building but inside it has been updated to include all modern amenities. My daughter and I felts very comfortable and safe. The bed is super comfortable and bathroom is a nice size. The host was very proactive in their communication of how to enter and recommendations of things to do and eat in the area. The three flights of stairs are very doable unless you have a disability, or you brought heavy luggage. You will be walking and going up and down flights regardless within the area of Lyon.

Odile’s and Frederic’s home is exceeded our expectations and is the best Airbnb experience we have had in years of extensive travel. The photos do not convey how comfortable, clean and well appointed it is. The eclectic decor is warm and delightful. Living area is very comfortable. The bed was firm and very comfortable for us. Shower was perfect! Washing machine and warming towel rack were much appreciated. It should be noted that bedding and sofa pillow covers are all washable and clean. This is not always the case w/Airbnb homes. We stayed for 8 days and could have stayed much longer. Most of all, Odile and Frederic are very welcoming, engaging and responsive. They have items available in the home to make that first arrival day a smooth transition. There is so much more to Lyon than travel books and social media describe. In 8 days we just scratched the surface. We loved the Lyonnais and Lyonaisses and look forward to returning. Merci Odile et Frederic!

We have stayed at Isabelle’s before. It is a spacious apartment with a view of the Rhône and city. The kitchen is fully equipped. Since we had stayed at Isabelle’s before we knew it was on the side of the hill in Croix-Rousse and you need to be in good walking condition to go up to Croix-Rousse proper or to walk down to Bellecour or the Parc De La Tete d’Or. For us, that was part of the fun! The view with terrace definitely makes this a lovely place to stay!

This appartment is actually somebodys home . This you see in many ways, but it is so much more personal and interesting than just another borring airbnb money-machine. The small balcony points south and has sun all day - very fortunate. But best of all is the location! There are so many great local restaurants, bakeries and other shops just around the corner, and you sence this area of Lyon is not touristy at all like the down town areas. I would definitely come back if I get the chance.

We spent five days in Willy and Wiana's apartment and are absolutely delighted! We are a family of 5 and everything was perfect in the apartment to feel at home😀. The accommodation provides access to the various places to visit thanks to the very close means of transport (Metro, Bus and even Vaporetto!). We loved Lyon and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

A true haven of peace in the heart of Lyon! Sublime house on 2 floors hidden at the end of a cul-de-sac of which only Lyon has the secret. Ideal for a family with children because 3 bedrooms including 2 with plenty of toys! Umbrella bed and high chairs. Breathtaking living space with everything you love, a stove, ultra-comfortable heathered armchairs, modern decor, arty, as we love. Close proximity to market halls and the best restaurants in Lyon! A must. But above all, but most importantly, Fanny and Cécile are extremely kind! Super accommodating! Looking forward to coming back! Thanks for everything.

Emma’s house is located on a hill in the Old Town of Lyon, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The stunning view from both the house and the garden alone makes it highly valuable. The house is situated between two roads: if arriving by taxi, you can access it from the upper road, while on foot, you can take a private traboule to reach the lower road, which adds to its charm. Its convenient location allows easy walking access to anywhere in the Old Town, making sightseeing much easier. The house is divided into two sections. Below the main house, which has three bedrooms, there is a separate apartment with its own entrance. This apartment features one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, offering independent accommodation. The Old Town is a hilly area with many stairs, so carrying large luggage might be challenging. However, I can assure you that Emma is a wonderful host—she is always kind, ready to help, and will find solutions to any difficulties you may encounter.

Claire is a super host, very helpful and quick to respond to all our requests. Great hospitality, she provided us with all the details on how to reach the city center and the festival of lights. Beautiful house, clean, with well-distributed spaces, there were six of us but it would have been comfortable even more, the only drawback is it's on three floors so not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Located a 10-minute walk from the metro with which you can reach the city center in a few minutes. Highly recommended

We fell in love with a home that alone is worth the visit. The visits to the old town and the good spots at the foot of the accommodation ended up satisfying us. Very well located apartment close to the metro and all amenities. Central district of Lyon, close to Parc de la Tête d'Or, bars and restaurants, various and varied shops. The apartment is very cozy, warm, with stylish furniture, beautiful paintings, it is very well equipped, clean and personalized. Breakfast is a nice plus. Patricia is very responsive to requests. The only drawbacks, the noise that can disturb especially at night. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I spent a month in Gilles' place for professional reasons. I really felt very good there. The surroundings and the village are superb. I didn't have enough free time to enjoy it more but I'll be happy to come back. Gilles is very nice and responsive. At the slightest problem, he is available. The washing machine broke down the first week, a few days later, a new one was installed. Thank you for hosting us and for the stay. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links
