Grate location. Love this apartment, everything is nice.

Not far from the apartment there is a tram stop. Otherwise, you can also walk to the train station in about 35 minutes. Check-in was very smooth and flexible in terms of time. Chiara was always very courteous and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The parking space is in an underground car park just below the apartment, which is accessible by stairs.

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

What a location! 5-10 minute walk from everything and I mean everything. We even stopped by the airbnb while walking around everywhere because it was right there by the main bridge, museums and main shopping district. Also the balcony overlooks the river with a table and seats. One of the only balconies like that in the area. Soo spacious it was just me and my girlfriend there and it was a whole house in the middle of Florence which was a surprise. Full kitchen which we used. Checkout was so great she literally told us we had nothing to do! She was so responsive and tentative even checking in on us and giving us great recommendations- particularly where to get the best view which we did. This place was worth so much more than we paid, get it if you can.

Check-in at the end of the day, welcome. The apartment is large and clean. Located a 10-minute walk from the center of Florence, it overlooks a nice little park.

We had a wonderful time staying at Carolina's house. The views from the backyard overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was breathtaking. With a really fast WiFi, it is possible to get some work done too ... but why would you want to work, sitting in a place like this :)

We had a lovely stay in Agnese's beautiful and spacious apartment, embellished with beautiful art books. The apartment is well located, about ten minutes walk from the heart of Florence. Lots of charm with hardwood floors, beams, views of a small patio. (Just a small detail to report for the elderly, the stone staircase, quite steep, can be a little dangerous). But otherwise, apartment to recommend. Very good communication with Agnes and her dad Sergio, very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

If you’re considering multiple stunning properties in Tuscany, stop searching and book this one immediately. This Airbnb stay was unlike any other I’ve experienced. Three things make it truly exceptional. First, the host, Emmanuel. While he doesn’t live on-site, he offers unique experiences that make your stay unforgettable. We chose his cooking class, and on our first day, he and his sister taught us to make several kinds of pasta. Our laughter filled the kitchen, and his warm, welcoming nature made us feel like honored guests. I highly recommend a pasta class early, as it provided us with delicious food for the rest of our four-day trip. Emmanuel also recommended and personally booked the best local restaurants, wineries, and cheesemakers—his suggestions truly made our trip. Second, the home itself. It’s a beautifully maintained, authentic Tuscan house—clean, cozy, and simply stunning. Third, the view. Watching the mist roll over the hills each morning, was a highlight of our trip

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Lovely apartment in a very cozy little town. Silvia and her husband Lorenzo were very accommodating and kind. Great place! However.. I think it is necessary to insert a fan in the bathroom as it became very foggy and humid, even with windows and door open. The moisture also sat down in the walls and you saw mold-like marks on the walls. Don't think it's anything dangerous but something that should be fixed. Otherwise, great and highly recommend! Thank you Silvia and Lorenzo for letting us stay with you!

Ideal place to shine in the center of Tuscany. The small terrace is very nice for aperitifs in the evening when like us , we have the pleasure of having good weather in March. Thanks to Filippo's advice, we avoided traffic errors ( like taking the train to Pisa while thanks to Filippo's advice we went by car and found parking (a little expensive but so convenient) close to the tower and monuments ( 6mn walk) . Same for the train station for Florence less than 20 minutes from the apartment. Plus some nice restaurant surprises ( a little expensive for some) but a very interesting value for money for this tourist area. Funny note for the Var Gambassi Terme is twinned with the Croix Valmer. Great place, we would definitely recommend it.

Stunning apartment, in a great location, close to the light rail, restaurants, bars, supermarket. 20 minutes walking distance from the bustling city center. Spacious, clean and welcoming apartment. Super-friendly hosts. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent heating, hot water all the time, washing machine. There is a cozy balcony, on the back side of the building so it's very quiet. Perfect apartment for a long stay with all the necessities, I felt at home. I will definitely be back to the apartment.

Cecilia is a really kind and caring person. His house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. Nothing is missing in the house and there is air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk you can reach the promenade of the promenade and the bathing establishments (we recommend Amedeo bathroom) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thank you Cecilia

Cozy, clean place to stay. Feels nice and comfortable

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!
