Very very clean, spacious apartment, linens available, very well-equipped. The apartment is in a very good location close to the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment, no disturbance. Effective communication. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back without a doubt!

Everything is beautiful. The house is very nice with two terraces. Close to the sea and above all a parking space.

Accommodation matches the photos and description, very well equipped and functional. Our hostess was very responsive and was a great tip on tours, activities and places to discover. His suggestions made us discover beautiful places, and save valuable time. The village, a few kilometers away from Pisa, is very peaceful, and includes all the necessary shops and services. We are delighted with our stay, and the apartment, like our hostess, contributed a lot

Thank you for warm welcome, bottle of Prosecco and snacks , was big nice surprise. We spent new year in Lucca , wasn’t very long walk. Party in the city was amazing. All the markets and restaurants are near by. We have great time. Best regards Anna with family from San Diego.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Pisa. My wife, two kids, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to stay during our trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major sights, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was perfect for us as a family, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby to explore. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa—it’s a fantastic spot for families!

Excellent solution outside the ZTL, ideal for parking by car and the center is easily accessible in a short time on foot. We were with 2 very young children and the solution fully met our needs. Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful, a solution definitely recommended for families!

apartment as in the description, everything clean, nothing is missing as far as the bathroom and kitchen are concerned, everything is perfect!!! The beach of the tesorino is 10 minutes away by car. Beatrice and her family made us feel like we were at a friend's house... we thank Giulia and Mirko so much for having entertained our little Dominik

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

The house and outside area was perfect for a stay of large group. Lots of space for everyone, and a very lovely pool area that was much appreciated in the warm Italian summer. Francesca was a very kind and responsive host, patiently taking caring of all the many questions by a large family, and she even arranged catering for birthday celebration we had in the house.

Massimo is a wonderful host. Helped us with everything, give so many tips parking shopping ect or even organise a wine tasting ;) The house is nice and clean. The pool is qiute big and private. I recommand this accomodation

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

Beautiful place with peaceful nature surrounding the area! Very nice terrace and pool, also pretty spacious every couple has their own bathroom! The perfect italian vibe. Hamza was super nice, accommodating and responsive to all our questions! I would love to come back and stay there again!!

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

Sabrina is a very friendly and helpful host. She answered questions very quickly and clearly. We quickly felt comfortable in the apartment. It is special because of the art exhibited. The beds were a bit hard, but that's a matter of taste. We had a great week in the apartment. Thanks, Sabrina! 😄

Ideal place to shine in the center of Tuscany. The small terrace is very nice for aperitifs in the evening when like us , we have the pleasure of having good weather in March. Thanks to Filippo's advice, we avoided traffic errors ( like taking the train to Pisa while thanks to Filippo's advice we went by car and found parking (a little expensive but so convenient) close to the tower and monuments ( 6mn walk) . Same for the train station for Florence less than 20 minutes from the apartment. Plus some nice restaurant surprises ( a little expensive for some) but a very interesting value for money for this tourist area. Funny note for the Var Gambassi Terme is twinned with the Croix Valmer. Great place, we would definitely recommend it.

"A Magical Stay by the Sea". Our stay at Azzurra House was nothing short of magical. The stunning sunset views and just a minute's walk to the beach made for an unforgettable experience. I are warmly welcomed by Silvia and the appartment ist very lovely and cozy. There is beautiful see and forest for us to relax only few steps away. There is nothing to complain everything is perfect. Silvia is very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment. I wish we could stay here longer.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

Giorgio is a person who declaring pleasant is reductive!! He is always available, present, positive to any request, kind, polite and very friendly. The stay with him was absolutely a pleasure. The house is equipped with everything you need and has an equipped, quiet outdoor space... In short, a real place to relax. I hope to be back as soon as possible! I definitely recommend it

This is a better place to stay than the photos. The host's quick response and kindness, and even the recommendations for the surrounding area were perfect. It was a quiet and complete rest during a😆 long trip.
