Very lovely place in walking distance of beach, super markets, great restaurants and the ferry to Sète The pool was excellent, our 2 year old had loads of fun!

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

We had the most amazing time! Béatrice and Hector were brilliant hosts. The home was even better than the photos. The location is so peaceful, with a boulangerie within 5 mins. The pool was refreshing on the hot days and the garden is beautiful!

In fact Clay doesn't know it, but this is no longer his house but it has become ours:) We stayed at eight in Clay's villa to celebrate Christmas. Everything was perfect, the house became ours very quickly. The neighborhood, the calm of the subdivision, the convenience of the place, their size, the terrace with swimming pool that gives a setting to daydreaming. I have rarely seen such a level of comfort in a rental. The kitchen is really very well supplied with utensils, cutlery, dishes, appliances. Widely for 8. And the bench seat! Unanimously appreciated by young and old alike. It is an ideal place of conviviality, warmth. All the bedding was great and everyone had a restful rest. The level of quality of the equipment and furniture justifies a safe taste and we see that Clay takes care of his property as if he should live there himself Clay is a considerate and friendly host who responds and communicates perfectly.
