Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Uvita Beach

Lovely space! Great location! Dave and Deb are delightful, personable, and fun! They share secrets, thoughtfully wrote out plenty of things to do and remind you to not do anything, enjoy the view. Loved the deck, the view, the pool. All the sounds, birds, sounds of waves, like Dave mentions, even from the bathroom! Enjoy your stay here!

Teri’s place was an awesome too along your trip. It’s right in the center of town so walkable to literally everything. The beach is about 3 mins away by foot. She was so responsive to all of our questions and the house was impeccably clean. She even let us do a load of laundry which was super helpful! The only downside is that there was a huge party in the street out front of the house Saturday in the middle of the night which I suspect could happen frequently in a young surfing town like this. I think the comfort, quality and convenience of the house were worth the night of disturbed sleep, but if you have a baby or young kids maybe think twice about staying in the heart of town.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Neat, clean, and nicely decorated with a beautiful outdoor patio and a gorgeous swimming area that had nighttime ambient lighting. I loved that our kitchen was separate, it provided a nice feeling of spaciousness. The grounds were immaculately curated with tropical plants including Birds of Paradise and Hibiscus. The lighted walkway was so scenic. I loved the murals and the Pura Vida vibe. We also appreciated the washer & dryer on the property since we were at the beach daily. I felt completely safe in the compound and in Uvita in general. We fell in love with Uvita! The people were so friendly, helpful, and family-oriented. The surf at Colonia Beach (just a 5 minute walk) was perfect. Food at the local restaurants was so good! Also there are several grocery stores nearby for any needs. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. We will definitely return to Uvita in the future (I'm hoping next December), and would love to rent the same unit!

It is a very nice place, with a privileged view & full of nature; recommended! If they are going for the first time, I would suggest the 2nd entrance, which has an important stretch of path asphalt. 👌🏼

We had a absolutely fantastic stay and could not have asked for a more beautiful location! The property was spotless, decorated well and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool area and spent quite a few hours lounging and watching the iguanas. Their is even a little waterfall on the property that is incredibly picturesque. Our hats off to Louey the host and Erick the caretaker. Our stay was superb!

we loved it! The pool was cleaned during our stay and we got a mid week room cleaning as well. Everything we needed to cook meals was there, great AC, and wifi. It was gated which felt safe. Thanks again!

Niko and Nicola (and Mucho, the always friendly dog) were amazing hosts! From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful and always lovely to interact with. The space is perfectly located next surf, yoga, and an amazing café with super friendly staff. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This place is incredible! Beautiful secluded calms the body and the soul! We honeymooned here and it was amazing! We didn’t leave much but that’s ok because you can see most of Costa Rica from the pool! Kim was amazing responsive, and flexible! Gave great recommendations! I cannot recommend the place enough! If you’re reading this review right now, skip the other places! Come here you won’t regret it!

Landon's place was absolutely amazing! It is beautiful, a lot of thought has been put into the details. The photos were very accurate. The place is in a great location, walking distance to a big super market and restaurants. The pool was great. The house had everything we needed and it was a joy to stay there. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay! It is a beautiful home with wonderful jungle and ocean views. The house was clean with fluffy towels and soft bedding. We felt at home here with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We would love to stay here again! I do recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle as it is off a very steep dirt road.

We have traveled to many places and this is by far one of the best peaceful places we’ve been to. Alex has literally everything you need for your stay- from extra soap, towels, plates, air fryer, ETC! so much thought out into this home. the people in charge are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is clean, rooms are comfortable, and the pool is amazing. A home surrounded by nature, animals, and a wonderful more peaceful view at any time of the day. The road to the house is full of incredible mountain views. Such a treat to stay here. I highly recommend Alex’s place. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

This AirBnb was the PERFECT beginning to our still ongoing trip in Costa Rica. We loved our stay in this beautiful, tropical, beachy home! This one's special, we felt secluded although we were close to everything and the landscaping was amazing! We woke up to beautiful song birds in the morning, enjoyed the breezes as they swept through the house, and were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the rain at night. This home was absolutely perfect for us, and Nicole was super responsive any time we had a question.

Bela’s place was really good. Perfect for our family and my 2 kids. Very safe and peacefu, close to a lot of restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach. Well equipped to cook and also has washer and dryer which was very convenient as well. Bela was very friendly and responded really quick when I had any questions.

I had a wonderful stay here. The big open windows were so nice. We saw macaws fly around us everyday. We heard monkeys one of the nights and also spotted some iguanas up in the trees, which was so cool! I would definitely come again here, it was such a nice place!

Wow the view was amazing and the location was close to everything. Lleana was very helpful and told us some fun places to go that only locals would know. I will definitely stay there again!'

I stayed at joes place for about 3 weeks. The place was very nice, the views were great even during the rain. The pool looked just like the pictures as well as the rest of the property. days after I arrived there was a leak in the air conditioner. Joe immediately answered and had someone come fix it the same day. I was able to meet Joe during my stay and he was just as friendly and helpful in person. The whole maintenance team at joes place were also really friendly during my time as well. The community in the villas are great if you are looking for friends or like minded people traveling. I would 100% recommend renting your own car as the villa is on top of a mountain and there is nothing in walking distance from the property. Also keep in mind if you are planning on working online that the power did go out just about every single day of my stay but there was heavy rain and I think this is very common for Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend if you need a nature getaway!! 🇨🇷

Fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool, the interior, the views, and the vibe are all better than I expected. Joe is extremely friendly and responsive. I even requested to boost the internet speed as I run a remote business. Joe happily accepted, and the internet speed nearly doubled. It’s been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Come check this place out already.

Talk about a place off grid and amazing views! such an epic spot to wake up to in the hills yet close by to towns down by the beach. Definitely would come back again & recommend this if you’re looking for some peace & quiet in nature!

Where to begin!! I’ve been traveling for some time & have rented many airbnbs and the energy of this place and Joe are just unmatched. Hard to put into words what you experience here but from his place to his prompt replies Joe is absolutely about making your time spent here a memory you will never forget. I woke up every morning & had breakfast outside in the clouds (but really). I loved the community aspect of the villas as I’m a solo traveler - we made what we called family dinners, sat outside together for what I deemed sunset club, helped eachother out. I extended 3 times and I believe that says how much love this place. 1000000/10 there’s no way you’ll be like “damn, I regret booking this place.” 🩵🌼🧡🌞🤎
