Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Good location, great to reach by train - from the main train station about 15 minutes and then 1 min. Walk. Apartment was clean as seen in the photos. Anna is a very warm and dear person, always responded very quickly to messages. Great, always happy to come back!

The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. Communication was seamless!

We had a great time at Marion's apartment. Everything was as described, plus super clean and furnished with attention to detail and little touches. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again and again. In addition, it was totally nice to talk to Monika and her husband, we felt very welcome and as if we were with friends.

This is a clean comfortable, and convenient place to stay from which to visit all points of interest in Munich. Our hosts were a pleasure to meet and always responsive to our needs. Food and groceries were close too.

Nice rental in a great location to visit Munich on foot. Klaus and Florian are welcoming and always available. The rooftop terrace and pool are a real asset in the city center. A property to be remembered and permanently shared.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Michael's Airbnb. There was enough space to spread out comfortably and we were able to take advantage of the kitchen and nearby grocery store. The desk and solid wifi make this a great spot for an extended stay or remote work. There were a lot of great touches in the apartment that made it a memorable experience.

It is a very tastefully furnished penthouse apartment, Dei leaves nothing to be desired. The communication with the landlady was quick and very friendly.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

Great studio apartment within 2 blocks of octoberfest! Has tons of shops/restaurants right outside of the building in the mall that’s attached to the complex. Little confusing to find the building entrance but once inside was very pleased with the Airbnb. Diego had extra towels for us and was very responsive when I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying at his place if in town for octoberfest or visiting Munich!!

Great place to stay in Munich. Lots of space. Very clean. Walkable to the many sites. We were on holiday but would’ve been a great place to stay long-term and work from there.

Host family super nice and helpful. Location is very nice and quiet. Accommodation looks like the pictures. Check-in and out very straightforward. All really great in all. Only the internet was not always optimal, which is no reason to subtract a star. Still, everything worked out well with planning day tours or the like. We are satisfied and would come back 😊
