Wonderful place right in the midst of the market. It’s a gem and a great place to stay. Nidhi was very helpful and thoughtful offering meaningful suggestions. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Parking is slight issue but the staff helps in the same. Otherwise it’s a must visit again place.

This villa is very comfortable, it feels exactly like you are at your home. Caretakers are very humble and co operative. They provide really good food at a very affordable price, i will recommend you to at least have dinner at the villa instead of having it outside. The host is also very responsive to your queries, in the end it was worth it ❤️.

It's an excellent place to stay as the entire house is exclusively yours, offering plenty of space and well-maintained rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is fantastic, with available parking and wide, well-maintained roads. The house is situated on the ground floor, making it convenient for elderly guests. The host is attentive and very helpful.

Sumit is an amazing host, and his apartment is absolutely beautiful. I truly mean beautiful—every corner of the home, especially the terrace, is so thoughtfully and artistically designed. The place is cozy, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. There’s so much to do within the apartment itself, with plenty of cozy nooks to sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea. It’s a perfect retreat. I recently visited Dehradun with my family and had informed Siddhant that I was traveling with a child. He ensured the rooms were thoroughly clean and maintained high standards of hygiene suitable for a baby. He was consistently prompt and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Even at 11 PM, despite all his properties being fully occupied, he went out of his way to provide an extra bed sheet from his own home when I requested. All the amenities were exactly as described. The property is peaceful, surrounded by stunning mountain views, and features a beautiful terrace – a perfect setting for a relaxing stay.

It’s a very beautiful property with a seating area where you can chill and enjoy the view. The rooms were very cozy and clean. The hosts were super warm and welcoming and helped us with everything throughout our stay. There is no lift but the caretaker helped us with our bags while checking in and out. 10/10 recommended.

I visited the place with my little toddler , it was peaceful and secure The location is great near to dehradun Mussoorie everything that you'd love to do in Dehradun and around The place was clean and tidy the host was very responsive. theonly drawback was the view of the apartment was a little disturbed as there is some construction work going but you can still enjoy the mountain view. At the price I paid it was the best

Recently i visited Rishikesh with my family and we opted to stay at The Happy Avenue II. The place is right on the spot with many eateries around and within walkable distance. Its close to Lakshman Jhula and despite heavy inflow of tourist and jammed roads, we easily got an autorikshaw for reaching Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan for Ganga Arti. The accommodation was very well setup and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities that you want… one thing to note that the location is within the market and during weekends it becomes very crowded and difficult to locate the entry of apartment…So you need to be extra careful and watching out for the entry Gate… The house help was always responsive and helpful…Overall we had a comfortable stay
