This was a great stay and I will definitely return next time I'm in Dhaka, if permitted! Security is flawless, with the added bonus of having family members on the floor above, making communication very easy (as well as the excellent responsiveness of the host). Many things are very walkable in the cool weather - Shwapna supermarket, New Dhansiri restaurant (my personal recommendation) - with a walking path around the beautiful lake just a few metres from the house. I was kindly allowed to check out an hour late due to my schedule. The area is very quiet and the bed comfortable - so a good night's sleep awaits you! ND: please check the directions given when booking - there was an error on the info given (I've pointed this out to the hosts so no doubt it'll've been updated by now). Make sure you have the letter name of the block, and the house number. The 2 landmarks given are permanently closed (ask the host for the name of the hotel opposite)

Abdullah is a very good host. Very responsive, gave us updates and the place is pretty decent. The only issue was that the elevator/lift was turned off when we went out to get food on around 2 PM, the guard said it's the building policy to keep the lift turned off for a certain period of time during noon. Apart from this issue, the Airbnb was good and pretty neat. The location can be a tad bit confusing, particularly if you use google maps because it takes you to a different alley next to the house. But Abdullah's own instructions were enough for us to find the house.

The place was great because of how simple it was and had a homely feeling. The host was great and I had no problems during my stay and the coordinator was also very friendly. The place is great for families and there are general stores in walking distance to the apartment.

This is our 3rd stay and we had a great time for the past 1 month here. Ashraf's place was not only incredibly welcoming but also perfectly equipped and felt like home. When i saw this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mr. Sayem and his associate Mr. Tarek is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Our main concern was the hospital (evercare) which was near to this location. So basically the area is quiet but still close to everything you need But They went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there

First of all, I would like to say that I had an amazing experience. My check-in was at 1 AM due to flight delays, but Masum’s wife was excellent at making last-minute accommodations, ensuring I received the keys without any issues. When I entered the place, it was spotless and impeccably clean. The WiFi was fast, hot water was readily available, and cooking utensils were provided for use. The three bedrooms were all large and spacious, and the three bathrooms were clean and stocked with all essentials. The maid came every day to clean and even assisted with cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay close to the city area while enjoying a touch of local charm. The private parking and the gated, guarded entrance to the city added an extra layer of security. A+++!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying in Mr. Mollick's large and spacious apartment. The generous room space provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Despite a minor setback of having less winter comforters than anticipated, Mr. Mollick's swift response and accommodation ensured our overall satisfaction. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. It was a game-changer for us as a family, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly. The abundance of groceries available made cooking and serving a breeze. From breakfast to dinner, we didn't face any issues, and the well-stocked kitchen contributed significantly to the overall convenience of our stay. Mr. Mollick's attention to our needs and his commitment to ensuring a positive experience were evident throughout our stay. Despite the initial concern with the comforters, his responsiveness and efforts to make things right left a lasting impression on us. Definitely worth retuning!

We had an amazing time at the property and the host and his team was very professional, super responsive and made it such that we had a wonderful stay! As a person Mr. Mannan is kind and well communicated with the guest. The room is fine but needs to improve cleaning facilities.

Mr. Masumul was very helpful, and was extremely responsive. He was helpful from the start to end and was available for any support required. Will definitely be staying here again.
