Our stay at Minna and Jyrki's place was fantastic. Jyrki got us in contact with Minna and she welcomed us on the first day with a small tour of the house and with a lot of suggestions of what to do in the surroundings. They were always attentive to our questions and did a great job so we could enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay there, it was overall great!

Had a great stay in this beautifully located home. Kati gave us very good tips for excursions. We stayed here for 14 days and had four aurora lights that we could see from the house. It is best seen from the balcony on the first floor. We can only recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our stay. Leena greeted us upon arrival and gave us a detailed overview of nearby amenities and activities. The studio was very cosy and warm despite the outside temperature dropping below -20. It is located within easy walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants, and also to the bus stop to the airport. We were lucky enough to see the aurora directly outside the cabin on multiple nights.

Really beautiful house in Finland, near hiking, running and ski trails. Very comfortable and quiet! Also the reindeer are cute. I hope to stay there again!

Impeccable accommodation! Apartment located 15min walk from the center of saariselka. It's pretty easy to park a car there. Very well equipped, all necessities are present for the kitchen or for cleaning. The sauna is a big plus and very easy to use. Jaane is very responsive and has answered any questions we may have. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit saariselka!

We had a great time in this cottage! The location directly at the river is great and also the cottage itself is great! It is way more modern than we expected and we loved that style of traditional design combined with modern things! The highlight is the whirlpool where we spent a lot of time and even saw the northern lights from there 2 times. The only thing that could be better is more towels but it seems to be a Finnish thing that you get very few towels. But that’s only a small detail. We can highly recommend this cottage and would definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing, well worth it and at a fantastic price! The cabin was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Vesa is very friendly and helpful, a super host indeed! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a gem of a find. I had messaged Eva asking for an accommodation to book, and she graciously allowed. The home is well located. We appreciated all of the small touches and attention to detail: the driveway and walkway were scraped for us, there is a boot cleaner and a broom. There are plenty of hooks in every room. There are lots of instructions. There was thoughtful and festive winter decor. We enjoyed the fireplace and sauna.

An absolute stunning property with all the details of home. The drying room was spot on and made the daily outings in the snow much easier to deal with. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean, tidy and more than I could have hoped. Easy to find with access to roads and shops. So incredibly pleased I found this property and would 100% stay again. Was so reassuring to have Nina available for any questions and recommendations. The early contact was something I’ve never experienced and that’s is why she is a super host. Quiet, calm location in the wood and it felt like no one was nearby which was what we wanted as a family but only 5 mins by car to shops.

We had an amazing stay at this modern and cozy lodge! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Inge and family are fantastic hosts – super friendly, always ready with tips, help, or even a coffee chat. The kids were thrilled to spot moose, reindeer, and dolphins while exploring the North. The experience was perfect, and now we're only thinking of returning in the winter for more magic!
