Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Utah County

The place was located in a picturesque neighbourhood with stunning views of mountains in the backdrop. The Airbnb was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Adrianne was a responsive host.

Kylie was great at communicating and so welcoming. We will be staying with her again next time we are in town.

Beautiful home, vibrant area, though not overly congested. Close to shopping. Overall quite neighborhood, well cared for. The house itself is very clean and beautiful. Spacious living room and dining room. Bedrooms are spacious. Great big table in the dining area, seats up to 8, which was great to have some of my kids over to play cards and games. Really no complaints with the home. Would definitely book again if available next time I'm coming to town.

It was a great place to stay! There were so many nice extra things like the coffee maker with all the pods, waters for us in the fridge, and extra blankets in the closet. The backyard deck set up was awesome with the blackstone and BBQ smoker… unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t get the chance to use it. We enjoyed our stay!

Eric's place was such a nice pad. Killer sound system throughout the upstairs and backyard. Back deck was such a nice place to hang out, even in early March as the backyard is tucked away from the elements. Hot tub was crutch to relax and the pool looked like a summer dream. Would def recommend and will be back when work brigns me around.

Caitlin was super responsive, and was an excellent host. The house was clean and perfect for our large group!

I came with a big group of friends for a ski trip and this place was absolutely perfect for us! It had ample sleeping space, huge and comfortable common areas, a kitchen that was well stocked and large enough to cook for all nine of us, and a convenient garage and driveway for keeping our cars and ski equipment. We had fun playing foosball in the living room and LOVED the view of the mountains from the the hot tub out in the backyard. We hope to come back again next year and would absolutely rent this place again!

This was great basecamp for skiing Snowbird! We had everything we needed and it was very quiet and comfortable.

Traci was such a good host, answered any questions I had and was very friendly! The place was so nice and very clean! Loved that we could walk to some shopping and dining places as well!

Beautifully, tastefully decorated! Quiet and comfortable. Heather was kind enough to adjust our check-in time as needed. The complementary snack were very much appreciated! We would stay here again.

The place is even nicer than the photo shows. Very spacious. Very comfortable king bed. Vic and Carol are super welcoming. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay! The unit was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The large garage was a plus. There was an issue with the furnace when we arrived, but Amanda was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

Beautiful property with a fantastic view! Very much enjoyed our stay and the host was super nice. Easy checkin. And the two little dogs were adorable!

Overall was a very clean and nice stay. We did find it to be inconvenient that there is no thermostat available and you have to message the host to adjust the temperature. However, the hosts were responsive when we did need the temperature adjusted.

We appreciate another stay here. Even in the winter, it was a cozy place and always clean and near all amenities. Jessica responded quickly whenever we had a question.

This was a beautiful home, well located in Orem. With three bedrooms upstairs, plus two more beds in the basement, it easily accommodated all ten of us. Unless you are driving a larger vehicle (a pickup truck, for example), parking in the two car garage was easy. If you are driving a larger vehicle, be sure to park in the lot in front of the home, or down the sidewalk. If they are full, be careful to NOT park in a marked spot somewhere else in the complex, because they are very quick to tow. (Ask me how I learned this valuable lesson 🙄)…

We have stayed at this property several times when visiting the area and we just live this place! It’s very big and roomy and plenty of space for everyone!

The place was everything and more than we needed. Well furnished and plenty of towels, linens and kitchen ware. Beautiful scenery and very close to restaurants and stores, etc.
