Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

This lovely modern apartment has everything for a long or short term stay. Nice comfortable bed & good shower. Good kitchen with coffee machine. and nice accessories. Great location for visiting Assisi & Perugia and surrounding villages. Within walking distance to local bar & gelateria. Host was very welcoming.

We had a wonderful holiday in this great house. The scenery and surroundings are impressive, the view is great, the possibilities of use are diverse. We enjoyed quiet days by the pool as much as excursions to the surrounding area (numerous beautiful towns and good restaurants) or to the sea (coast about 50 min drive). The house is well equipped, everything you need is there. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner - easily prepared in the kitchen and enjoyed in the terrace (the house offers several options) - wonderful. We had a lot of fun and recovered very well. Communication with Fabrizio was always friendly and the answers came very quickly. We are very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We stayed with Vinci and her daughter during the Easter holidays. We had a great time, convenient location for visiting Perugia and Assisi. The welcome was warm, they even offered us two homemade cakes during our stay. The two hosts were also very helpful in giving us tips for typical restaurants to dine in. The apartment is new, bright, clean and reflects the photos well. When we left, we were also given a very good homemade jam. Highly recommended stay
