This place was great! The terrace has a beautiful view and was such a nice spot to relax. The location is super convenient—right next to the tram and close to the ferry, which made getting around very easy. The house was comfortable and had everything I needed. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic place with a true 5 star Airbnb. The host was attentive to detail with all bathroom, kitchen and bedroom extras in mind. The place is ideal for 7-8 people and is a fun and convenient area. Please note that some restaurants are a bit uphill from the location - so it’s not flat land. But we had a great time. Another small improvement if I may add to the host to is to make the door keys of lower floor available so suitcases can be taken out from both floors of duplex and one doesn’t need to move the suitcases across the narrow staircase.

It was a perfect stay, the host's house is very elegant and warm, and the hospitality was very attentive, I highly recommend coming here.

The place has an amazing view. It’s clean and has a good vibe. The host is very friendly and responsive. Five flights of stairs was a little stretch for my kids on a day when they were really tired but otherwise, it’s worth climbing the stairs to soak in the view of the Bosphorus.

Highly recommended place to stay. Other than stairs to go to basement, everything was great. Helpful, friendly and responsive host. The place is walkable to Galata Tower and easy access to Karakoy Tram station after you visit Galata Tower to go to other famous places to explore. The amenities in the premises are complete. Even the helper lady is very kind, she helps us bring our heavy luggage until the building door. You will not regret to stay here 👍🏻

This place is exactly as described and shown in the photos with no unexpected, unpleasant surprises. Because it's a basement studio apartment, you don't hear the noise much at all from the main road which is a bit busy during the daytime. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed is more firm but my son slept on it fine. We cooked breakfast daily in the kitchenette, including 1 dinner we made. There are many grocery shops around. The Şok one is the best spot to stop by for groceries. The bathroom was spotless. We appreciated that they freshened up our room every 2 days. Erol is a spectacular host; he'll give you some great recommendations for when to see the sights in the city and where to eat. I enjoyed sitting with him for tea sometimes in the evening in the lobby to chat about the city. Because the apartment is part of a hotel, you have the added peace of mind of always having staff there to help you out if needed. I would definitely return.

The apartment is brand new and beautifully furnished, with a modern and cozy design. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is absolutely perfect – close to major shops and restaurants, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The neighborhood felt safe. We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

Şişli and Othmanbey district is one of the most beautiful areas of Istanbul with all services and the metro station is very close, as well as the division of the only station alone by the metro and close to Jawaher Mall. Garo is a very respectable man who has not failed in any demand I need My trip to the airport was late at night, GARO and my family allowed me to get out of the apartment late and have thanks and appreciation for what he has given us and his cooperation with us

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Our stay at Villa Balloka was truly unforgettable! The property is even more stunning than the photos show, with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy, making it ideal for our family gathering. Ergin and Mr. Mehmet were fantastic hosts—always helpful and quick to respond when needed. The villa is fully equipped with a pool, basketball court, and movie room. The kids loved it so much, they often chose to stay at the villa instead of sightseeing. We rented a van, which made commuting to sightseeing spots easy. There are also several great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Ergin's excellent communication made the check-in and checkout process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked it for a special day, and now this house is a special place for us. We accumulated very nice memories and it was a very nice experience from the end, thank you so much for your attention and kindness!

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!
