1 word: AMAZING! The view itself was everything..waking up and going to bed to the stunning 180 degree view of European and Asian Istanbul was mesmerizing! Check-in was easy with Julia. The apartment was more than spacious and comfortable for my husband & I (would be comfy for a family of 4 as well with the extra bed). We used the kitchen amenities to make tea, turkish coffee and heat up leftovers. But if you wanted to cook a full meal, you have everything (plus a neighborhood market for groceries just below the area). Location wise it's perfect to walk to all places in Beyoğlu, Cihangir, Karakoy and even Fatih side (if you wanted to walk it via Galata Bridge). I loved being in the middle of everything (cafes, shops, restaurants). Recommend the Pop up Cafe down for latte and the Let's Relax Spa & Turkish Bath for turkish bath and massage (good prices and service). Just fyi: Not suitable for people who can't climb and carry luggage up & down 5 stairs.

Highly recommended place to stay. Other than stairs to go to basement, everything was great. Helpful, friendly and responsive host. The place is walkable to Galata Tower and easy access to Karakoy Tram station after you visit Galata Tower to go to other famous places to explore. The amenities in the premises are complete. Even the helper lady is very kind, she helps us bring our heavy luggage until the building door. You will not regret to stay here 👍🏻

We loved this place! It was close to amazing and unique shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was stylishly decorated and had a very very well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The lounge was very comfortable for watching movies on Netflix. The shower pressure and hot water were fantastic! The bed was also very comfortable. Our host Enil Faruk was very approachable and friendly and extremely quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to stay again! Thank you for a memorable stay :)

We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

Şişli and Othmanbey district is one of the most beautiful areas of Istanbul with all services and the metro station is very close, as well as the division of the only station alone by the metro and close to Jawaher Mall. Garo is a very respectable man who has not failed in any demand I need My trip to the airport was late at night, GARO and my family allowed me to get out of the apartment late and have thanks and appreciation for what he has given us and his cooperation with us

The view is lovely and the location is walking distance to attractions, metro, bars and restaurants and anything else you need. the room itself was warm, given it was snowing outside this was really welcome! Internet was great, most of the things were avaliable in the kitchen. Plenty of folks have mentioned the stairs, yup, there are a lot! Overall a good stay and would recommend

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Uninterrupted view of the Bosphorus, peace, and tranquility. Firewood was ready for the fireplace. The house was very practical, with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable, cozy seating arrangement in the living room. Normally, the host did not allow pets, but they kindly made an exception when I assured them that the pet was well-trained and quiet, for which I am very grateful. Communication was very easy, and they accommodated our small requests. Many thanks again for contributing to such an enjoyable holiday.

Our stay at Villa Balloka was truly unforgettable! The property is even more stunning than the photos show, with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy, making it ideal for our family gathering. Ergin and Mr. Mehmet were fantastic hosts—always helpful and quick to respond when needed. The villa is fully equipped with a pool, basketball court, and movie room. The kids loved it so much, they often chose to stay at the villa instead of sightseeing. We rented a van, which made commuting to sightseeing spots easy. There are also several great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Ergin's excellent communication made the check-in and checkout process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!
