Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Üsküdar

Staying here was really fun, I've stayed in so many places in İstanbul, and yet this was the best one (I stayed here for 2 months+). Everyone was so cool, friendly, and helpful, it feels like staying with your own family. Everyone speak english really well. The offered room was exactly the same as the picture, very clean and beautiful. The place is very close to Metro station and Tram station, so travelling around is very easy. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. There is also some ATMs close to the Metro station if you need to withdraw some money. If one day I come back to İstanbul, I'd really love to stay here again. It's really worth the price.

We stayed at Baltazzi for four nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and had a lot of character. It was comfortable for us, including three elderly family members and our seven-month-old baby.The location is great for fresh food and bread, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Istiklal Street. However, the walk includes a steep uphill section. The lift was helpful since the apartment is on the top floor, though it only fits two people at a time—but this wasn’t an issue for us. Communication with Hakan and his team was easy, and they responded quickly to any questions. We recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Fatih! The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar. The neighborhood is full of charm, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes just steps away. The home itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local spots to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Istanbul adventure. If you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city, this is it! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house is in the perfect location. It’s easy to walk to most tourist attractions. And The sea view from the window is perfect. When we arrived, every thing was perfectly prepared. During our living, Aygen did every thing to help us. She is very helpful and kind. Very recommend Agyen’s house!

This Airbnb is an absolute gem in Istanbul! The view is so breathtaking, it feels like you’re staying inside a postcard. The space was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a perfect getaway. Now, let’s talk about the stairs. Yes, there are quite a few of them. Think of it as your free fitness program! By the time I reached the top, I was convinced I’d earned the view (and maybe a baklava). Who needs a gym when you’ve got this Airbnb? All jokes aside, the climb was absolutely worth it, and I’d happily do it again for such a peaceful and scenic retreat. Highly recommend this place—just bring your best “mountaineer” attitude! We had a wonderful stay. The appartment is beautiful and well located, we were able to find great typical restaurants nearby and we did not have to take any transport during all our vacations here as it is very central. I loved the views, the apartment is super spacious, it looks like you were in LA. It's a super quiet area but super close to everything. In 5 min you are in the middle of Bebek with all the restaurants and shops. I fell in love with a kitten who was coming to visit us of a pelirojo color and I just think of going back to the apartment to go to visit. The stay was really very nice

Everyone at Cube Suite was so so helpful. We felt at home during our stay. The place is exactly as described, and the room much bigger than we anticipated. Can’t recommend Cube Suite enough. Lovely bunch of people that work there.

Şişli and Othmanbey district is one of the most beautiful areas of Istanbul with all services and the metro station is very close, as well as the division of the only station alone by the metro and close to Jawaher Mall. Garo is a very respectable man who has not failed in any demand I need My trip to the airport was late at night, GARO and my family allowed me to get out of the apartment late and have thanks and appreciation for what he has given us and his cooperation with us

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

It was a fairytale night, its price is not low, but it deserves its money

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!
