Definitely an excellent place to host! very fluid check-in (we arrive very late), very clean, people friendly and the breakfast is spotless!

The apartment has a very good location and beautiful view. Whenever we had any questions they responded quickly and cordially. The place is very new and very well cared for, in addition to having all the appliances and utensils you could need. We loved our stay in Ushuaia.

Very nice host, very warm and cozy house, the house is right next to Martin Street and just a few steps up Martin Street.All kinds of kitchen utensils and appliances in the house, coffee and tea and much more

Amazing place, amazing views. Elevators werent working when we arrived but they were fixed later that day. Apartment was an amazing place to be for 4 nights. Good restaurants nearby. Parking was difficult to find close to the location but we managed. Thanks!

Very nice apartment, beautiful view and excellent location.

The apartment is super comfortable with its 2 full baths and 2 double bedrooms. The arrival at the apartment was very simple with the well detailed instructions of Gente del Sur and they also helped us to book activities and transfers before our arrival. The apartment is very central, which allows you to walk everywhere. Thank you very much Gente del Sur for everything, if one day we return to Ushuaia, we will trust you closed eyes again:)

Perfect apartment in the new building. Right near to the center. Very spacious even for a family with 2 kids. The view for the Beagle channel is the best.

Our stay in the condo was perfect in every way. The space is fully equipped and very comfortable, even for a group of four. Without a doubt, the best is your breathtaking view of the Beagle Channel, the center of Ushuaia and the majestic Andes Mountain in the background. Totally recommended!
