Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

First of all, thank you very much Mr. Mert. She always answered the phone calls in a short time. She was immediately available and helpful when we needed something about the house. The house was really nice, the kitchen was very spacious, the bathroom was clean, bed, etc. The garden was peaceful, and when we woke up in the morning and went out to the garden, it was also enjoyable to see the rabbits. We had a very nice and enjoyable holiday. The house is very nice, both the pool and the decoration in the house are very nice and sufficient. Cleanliness and order were great, we felt at home from the moment we entered the house. Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Burak were easily accessible and very kind hosts. Thanks for everything.

Our stay at Agave was great. The location was convenient, situated in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to places like Alacati, Cesme center, and Ilica center. The bathrooms could use some renovation, but we were informed that the owner is already addressing this, so hopefully, it will be fixed by the next season. The garden was lovely and peaceful, though it could also use a bit more maintenance, especially the removal of the wasp nest. Despite these small issues, our overall stay was great, and we were very satisfied.

It was really a great experience to stay at Mr. Burhan's place in Cesme. The house was extremely clean, neat and comfortable. The decor and overall ambiance of the house were quite pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks to Mr. Burhan's hospitality, we felt at home. Both the amenities of the house and the helpfulness of Mr. Burhan made our holiday much more beautiful. Thank you so much for everything, it's definitely a place we would choose again.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

It was my first time traveling by renting a house from Airbnb, so I had some questions in my mind, but it was simply perfect. Thanks to our host, I felt as if I was going to another country to visit a friend rather than as a tourist. Even before our trip, our host took care of all the details and we were always in communication. The little gift basket and folder containing regional information they prepared for us when we got home were amazing. The location of the house was easy to find and the house was larger than I expected. There was everything we might need for a short time, from coffee to shampoo. thank you very much again and again

Newer, very well maintained and clean apartment. Felt very comfortable. Right on the main dinning, shopping, and nightlife street. Easy public transportation from the airport or main bus station. My only complaint is the bed mattress is very firm, but some people like that.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

We really enjoyed our time in Urla thanks to Atilla and his excellent villa. It is close to the wonderfull streets of the old town, easy to get to all points of interest. The house has everything you need and it is very clean and comfortable. Atilla was very helpful and responded promptly to all information we asked for. I would definetly stay here again if I returned sometime.

I felt very lucky to stay in a bay window villa so close to the center of Alaçatı. The host was attentive to every question I had. Thanks to the key fob, I easily checked in even though I entered the house late. He even communicated the taxi number when I needed it. The house was spotless when I entered, the bed sheets and towels smelled good. When I stayed in a hotel, I usually didn't get used to the feeling that I didn't get used to when I entered the room, it wasn't here because I felt like I was at home. Even though the weather was cool, I was never cold because the house had air conditioning and a heater and it was adequate. I even wished I'd light the fireplace, but there's no time. I rested my head, the house is both in a location in Alaçatı and calm like outside the city. It was really good for me to have a filter coffee maker in the house. Although I couldn't get into the pool, I loved how tidy the surroundings and the garden were tidy. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will choose you again the next time I visit Alaçatı.

We had a calm and peaceful few days as a family. The only unfortunate thing we experienced was the heavy winds on those days. Mr. Aacan and his family were very hospitable. Thank you.

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you
