Great location, cozy and clean apartment. Thank you for our time in Batumi!

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

Stella was very friendly and she allowed us to check in earlier. The place was great, wonderful view, super close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. Overall great experience.

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

Awesome place, would definitely choose to stay there again. Location is great, it's the most calm and quite place in batumi. Everything is nearby - 24/7 grocery store, restaurants, shopping mall and a really good gym is in the next building.

The apartment was spotless clean and just as described. It has such beautiful city and sea views. Bed was very comfortable. Street where the building is located is very busy. But beach boulevard, shopping malls and lots of restaurants and shops are just few minutes walk away. The building is huge with hundreds and hundreds of apartments. And only 4-5 working elevators. Sometimes you had to wait for the elevaror quite long times. This is not ofc Egle's fault. Communication with Egle was easy. Thank you!

Very cool apartment! Located in the best complex in all of Batumi. The sea is a step away. Pool on site. The apartment itself is insanely cozy. Everything is furnished like you're at home. It smells delicious. Very cozy. The hostess gave a bottle of wine at check-in, which is very pleasant. I also provided a large number of towels, including beach towels, which is very convenient. The apartment also had everything you need for convenience: washing machine, laundry pods, dryer, wine glasses, clean dishes. I really liked everything! The only disadvantage is the presence of mold in the shower(( Apparently due to high humidity. But otherwise the apartment was insanely clean, which rarely happens.

Murat's place is amazing! It has everything you need, everything is new and clean! Murat is very considerate and reliable, and communication with him is very smooth. The room is on the corner, so it is very quiet and comfortable. Highly recomended:)

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

we stayed in this apartment for a month. The location is convenient, 15-20 minutes walk to the sea. Everything you needed was there , and what the host provided right away. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, etc. It was convenient to cook every day for a family. The apartment was clean and comfortable in any weather: on cold days there was heating, on hot days there was air conditioning. But most of all I liked the presence of a spacious balcony where you can have breakfast in the fresh air. The host of the apartment Raul is a very attentive and caring host. We liked everything. The next visit to Batumi we will also stay here.

A lovely place 4-minute walk from the shore. A wonderful welcoming host who picked us up and drove us to the train station. The only downside is the construction in front of the house but even that was not a big deal: the windows are well-insulated and it wasn’t loud at all.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

Cool renovation and location of the apartment. Noise insulation is good, it was very clean, I was also pleased that there are many "things" for guests: cotton buds, cotton pads, wet wipes, a new sponge for dishes, as well as a raptor, slippers, tea, water, etc. Towels are enough. There is a large swimming pool and sun loungers in the complex. The promenade and beach are close. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a nice shopping center nearby.

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

We came on New Year's Eve, everything went well. We cooked the table at home, the kitchen is comfortable and all the necessary appliances are in place. The apartment is spacious and bright. The location in the center is wonderful!

Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We were 2 families. The location is very convenient. The sea is 50 meters from the house. Supermarket is nearby. The apartment is very clean. The host met and escorted to the airport in person. The apartment has all the necessary things for cooking. The pastel is snow-white. We really liked it. We are glad that we chose this apartment. A great place for vacation, responsive host.

Great practical apartment with everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, washing powder. Beautiful design. It was a pleasure to live here. There is a construction site nearby, but it was not heard at all. Comfortable bed and desk for work. And of course the helpful hosts who greeted us took their belongings for storage while we waited for the apartment to be ready to check in. Recommended from the bottom of my heart!

Eka is awesome and really caring, the apartment is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. It's just a few meters from the park and the dolphinarium.

great appartment with separate bedroom in 14th building. floor is not that high, but still there is a sea view. price for value is good. all amentities are there. washine machine is handy.
