Cheryl’s place is nice and clean, really close to the location we’ve been trying to go to. Only downside is that it’s front of the highway so you’ll definitely hear the traffic noise. But nevertheless, the unit is worth it and highly recommendable.

we had a wonderful time!!! my mothers loves this place so much and dearly loved to go back! everything is as decribed and you can definitely relate to nature as it close to a plaza where you can enjoy different food choices, do ukay shopping and near to a stores where you can do groceries just a walking distance. Perfect location, definitely worth a come back thank you for your hospitality and great assistance to us loved your place so much.

We had an amazing, privately peaceful stay, Mark is a wonderful host and I will for sure be back if I were to be in the area needing a place to stay again. Things to just keep in mind. No elevator so it will be challenging for people with lots of heavy luggage’s. The insulation of the place can be hallow so loud in your room noises can bother other tenants. This is not a complain it’s just a reminder to be mindful. I hope this review helps.

Mark is very accommodating. The place was cozy and clean, it feels like home. 🙂 there is a designated parking slot depends on the unit that you will book so ask first the host if you need a parking. Overall, it was an awesome experience and will book again when I am in the area.

I liked the cleanliness and peaceful surroundings. Aircon is good. I wonder if what power they use when there is power outage? No emergency lights. There must be a generator but not indicated. Bring extra blanket coz there's only 1 for the 2-occupant room we had. Or request for additional. It would be nice if there's a plantsa coz i looked all over and none. There's no hair dryer too. And the door locks are not yet key card operated. Maybe these are all unavailable based on the room rate we had. We no longer requested for dishwashing liquid though the bottle was empty because we stayed overnight only. But overall, the place is very good. I would recommended it for modest budget travellers because it's worth the stay. The parking fee is 300 coz we stayed inside the compound. I think it's free when your car is just outside the gate. Relatively safe pa rin.

The place was easy to locate. With parking and it’s safe. The unit was spacious and clean. The owner of the property was very polite and ensure that you are comfortable, she’s very accommodating.

Loved the stay at Ms. Cherryl's place! She's very friendly and accommodating, even tho we didn't get to meet in person and I was late in getting back to her messages. The unit was very clean, complete with amenities such as AC, wifi and TV w/ Netflix. They also have a small fridge, a microwave, and an electric kettle. My husband said that the pairs of plates, mugs, utensils, toiletries etc. were cute. If anything, it was just the noise of the busy road, which is understandable in this case since the place is just beside the main highway. There's also 7/11 just across the road plus it's close to the town center. Very convenient and felt like home, would definitely book again. Alot of thanks Ms. Cherryl! 😊

The room was really clean and had pretty much everything we needed. You can't cook full meals though, but you can reheat takeout food and they've got plates and utensils. Just a heads up, the place is right by the highway and the bedroom is in the front, so you can definitely hear the traffic. It might bother light sleepers, but honestly, we were so wiped out from driving all the way from south to north that we didn't even notice it and slept like babies! To be fair, they do mention all the potential downsides in the listing, so we knew what to expect. The price is great too, and everything in the apartment worked well. Parking was easy, which was a huge plus for us!
