Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

Back patio elevated over mature garden & nearby lake giving great breezes. Plenty of play space in garden plus adjoining nature reserve with lake that has turtles & ducks. Great place to wander or picnic by the water. Extra people by negotiation with options for floor mattress, cot and sofa bed. 1 car garage, driveway & street parking. No pets.

Gateway to Fraser Island(K'gari) and one of the world's best places to see humpback whales. From July through to October. plenty of outdoor areas to take on the veiws. You can enjoy the firepit, the beautiful turquoise waters, the sound of the waves and the lights from the boat harbour. Plenty of room for your boat or extra vehicles. Worker are welcome.

The pool was lovely and within walking distance to a great beach." Walking distance to the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, 1 km morning stroll for beach access /cafes Close to Urangan shopping centre ( Chemist, Post Office, supermarkets, take away venues and cafes and restaurants.)
