We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s place. The host was responsive and flexible. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Linens were clean, smell great and supplies were sufficient for our group. The space works for us because we were out and about most of the day and only prepared breakfast there. The property is within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shops and within a short drive to attractions.

The place was nice and spacious. Wasn’t aware of the stairs due to having a toddler. Other than that, the area was peaceful and the host was amazing. No matter how late I messaged or early, he responded quickly. I would definitely book again. I believe the rooftop area was my favorite part of the house.

Great location and close to restaurants and shopping.

Gloria was quick with responses and was very easy to book with. House was gorgeous and just like the pictures, great location and close to everything! Would definitely recommend for someone visiting Dallas and wanting to be by local restaurants and things to do! Extra bonus was being able to park in the garage and the street has ample parking as well.

I rented the townhouse as a place to stay while my husband was in Medical City Dallas Hospital. It provided everything I needed. it's located within a couple of miles from the hospital and was very easy to get to and from. Covered parking just a few feet from the door allowed for quick unloading and loading of my luggage. It's part of a gated community which provides peace of mind. I never had any problems with outside noises such as neighbors or road traffic. When corresponding with Tommy, he was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how nice and accommodating the place was. It is in a quiet and nice neighborhood where we felt safe. Also, it was close to downtown and everything we needed. Alex was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed before and during our stay! We had a great stay! If i had a question, the response was quick. They made recommendations that were helpful. We are from atlanta but came here to take my son to a neurology center. It was very close. It could have been a very stressful trip if things went wrong but instead everything went great including the doctor visit. And our stay was very easy going. Great food and restaurants nearby. We also went to a flight museum. We were only here a short stay but it was very convenient, quiet, and clean which was super important! Beds were comfortable and we felt right at home! So great stay and exactly as pictured!

This spacious home—perfect for our large family getaway. The house was exactly as described, immaculately appointed, with large rooms and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen, dining, and living area made a great gathering spot for meals and hanging out. The location was ideal—walking distance to local bars and restaurants, and super easy to get anywhere in the DFW area with quick access to major freeways. Having 2-car parking was a big plus, too. This spot made for a wonderful family getaway for the Dallas Arboretum Food & Wine Festival, and we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodations at an affordable price. Highest recommendation!

Definitely one of the coolest places we’ve stayed. Loved the decor! The place is big and the skylights are an added bonus!

Amazing host and property. Sehaj was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The property is brand new and has some very thoughtful touches. There was some road noise since you're near a few high traffic areas but it did not affect our stay or impact our sleep. Some of the surrounding areas might not look the best, but you can tell the neighborhood is being updated and at no point did we have issues or felt unsafe. For the price and location we will absolutely be staying here again!

Overall a very nice place to stay, especially if you have a pet allergy. Property is close to a service highway where you can hear some road noise.
