Beachfront vacation rentals in Upper Township

Williams place was fantastic! We were there for a nephews Coast Guard ceremony and needed enough space for 11 people plus one furry member, it was spacious comfortable and welcoming, we truly enjoyed our stay, thank you William for allowing us to enjoy your well equipped home!

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

The cozy cottage was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. Whether staying in and enjoying the warmth of the space or heading into Cape May, just 15 minute drive we were able to enjoy the shops and restaurants before heading back and relaxing in the hot tub. The holiday decorations were a nice touch! We enjoyed walks in the morning and being just steps from the beach we were really able to disconnect. The cottage is very well cared for, the hosts have put much attention to detail in making this a memorable place for guests to stay and we look forward to our next stay!

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and dog! Everything was super clean and such a close walk to the beach! We had packed supplies for the house and none were needed as everything and some was provided! Dawn was super nice and great at communicating to us! We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Great spot on the Boardwalk! My wife and I really enjoyed the proximity to casinos, restaurants and the boardwalk. Planning to return.

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Timothy's place was perfect for our group! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, pristine kitchen with everything you may need, and even local food recommendations. We were visiting from out of town for a wedding at Bonnet Island Estate, and Timothy's place was much more affordable and comfortable than the nearby hotels. Will definitely book with Timothy again if we are in the area!

We had a great time during our stay! Great location, beautiful view from the room, and very nice inside. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities. One concern was the comfort of the mattresses. they were very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the couch was very low and not firm.

Perfect condo right on the beach!

We had a lovely weekend and the kids had a wonderful time. We frequent Cape May and this was our first time not staying at our old faithful hotel, and we all had a great time. The views were simply breathtaking!

I really liked it, all the entertainment we were looking for was nearby, it has a very good location and the apartment is very nice

This place is an absolute gem if you are traveling with children! Not only was the condo fully stocked for cooking/cleaning, but they also provide a storage unit downstairs to keep all beach toys and anything that may have collected sand! We were very impressed by Dan’s communication (prior to arrival and during our stay). The condo is as described, but better, considering there’s an additional amenity (a rooftop) that allows you to catch a sunrise or sunset with unobstructed views! We loved the close proximity to Sunrise Park, yet nice distance from the noise of the boardwalk. We had a lovely stay, and we would absolutely recommend!

My family and I loved spending a long weekend at Susan's cozy, tasteful place on the water. The location is especially private and peaceful and we particularly enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit / hammock area.

A beautiful and quiet week spent in brigantine. 1 block to the beach, beach cruisers for the kids to ride around on, spotless house! Would definitely recommend Brian’s place! Our family of 6 had a wonderful few days!

Me and my Wife had a great stay. We didn’t have any issues with the flies. The goal is to keep the door closed and you won’t get that many inside. The beach is right outside the door and makes for easy access. Will definitely be back! Thanks Jeff

Stayed there with 5 adults and there was plenty of space. It was very cozy and the layout of the house is very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. Felt more like we were staying at a friends house rather than an Air B N B. Joe was very proactive in sending messages bf we even checked in that day. Joe was flexible on allowing an earlier check in as we had requested. Only down fall was the Ubers are not very accommodating if you have more than 4 ppl. I assume bc it's out of season and in November. Trying to reserve an Uber XL to accommodate 5 ppl was hard. We did find a very responsive taxi service though , and they were very nice. Expensive but nice. Only other thing I would say is that "cleaning fee" that is assessed is a bit pricey. Almost 300.00 for a cleaning fee and there were instructions on what to do with everything to assist in cleaning. I can understand assessing it perhaps AFTER the fact if the place is left dirty, but cleaning fee is a bit high.

Glenn’s place is so beautiful and comfortable. We felt comfortable and at home. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and clean. Glenn was easy to reach and pleasant to talk to - very helpful as well. He sent us a welcome breakfast of donuts that was so kind. I would highly recommend Glenn’s place and would love to go back. The only drawback for us is there’s no elevator and it’s a three story home.

The home was lovely, well kept, well stocked and just as described. We were on LBI for a family wedding, and the comfort and value over a hotel cannot be overstated. The views bot at sunrise and sunset were magnificent....

Edward’s place was the perfect setting to have my sister’s Celebration of Life. We had planned to gather around the fire-pit area but the weather didn’t cooperate. The home was warm, comfortable, clean and a great meeting place for various family members who came from other states. We loved the view and would return in the future! My only comment is that the outside looked aged compared to the photos but it is also fall/winter. The stairs to the beach are damaged and borderline dangerous if you go down and up them. They need repair.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house! Property is as pictured. Rooms are spacious. Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles. The back of the property is directly on the beach…plenty of seating for our group. We had beautiful weather and our girls weekend was a success!
